Benoit’s place is lovely, clean, and well appointed. It has amazing views and is quiet and very private. We worked with Sébastien who met us at the gate, let us in, and told us everything we needed to know. He helped us with everything and was super responsive to every text. It’s a good place if you have a car because there is parking available. If you don’t have a car, you will need to use a taxi or Uber to get to the center of town at about 20-30 Euros per trip. We didn’t have a car, but we were able to get Ubers and taxis fairly easily. We were quite comfortable and enjoyed our stay there very much!

What a great stay! We loved our stay in Fabio’s place. The views were lovely. The host, Gariella was great. We felt very comfortable in the appartment. It was fabulous and had everything we needed, especially when the weather was rainy, we were very happy staying at home!

sehr, sehr freundlicher und toller empfang, hat uns frühzeitig kontaktiert und auf alle fragen sofort geantwortet. das finden der wohnung war kein problem. super ausstattung und sehr saubere und praktische wohnung mit ei nem grossen und einem zweiten kleineren balkon. die beste wohnung seit wir mit airbnb die ferien buchen. sehr empfehlenswert. wir kommen sicher wieder!

Kleine, gemütliche Wohnung, fast direkt am Strand. Für zwei Personen ideal geeignet. In wenigen Minuten ist man in der Altstadt, die absolut sehenswert ist. Morgens gemütlich auf dem kleinen Balkon zu frühstücken macht echt Laune. So kann der Tag beginnen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

Hôte très gentil à l’écoute logement nickel neuf et mignon à quelques pas de la plage avec sa promenade très agréable il faut marcher un peu pour aller au centre-ville mais en bord de mer donc sympa, nous retournerons l’an prochain et avec le parking privé rénové ce sera génial !

Great location Allesandra was always helpful when needed, flat as described as others have said the decor is traditional but we knew that, the location , air conditioning and balcony are great. Local restaurants and supermarkets. I managed to get my bike case in the lift with no problems.

Wir vermissen die Tage und die wunderschöne Aussicht von der Terrasse. Wir waren fast ausschliesslich zu Fuss bis in die Innenstadt von Ventimiglia ca. 15 Minuten (zur Markhalle, zum Eisessen und bis zum Bahnhof) und mit der Bahn (Fahrt nach Menton und Monaco) unterwegs. Für uns perfekt. Der kleine Strand unterhalb des Hauses war bezaubernd und wir waren fast jeden Abend schwimmen. Claudia ist eine Top-Gastgeberin. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Would 100% recommend this place. The airbnb itself was really clean; well stocked and lovely. as pictured. Carine greeted us and showed us around and was lovely! During our stay Carine and Jerome were really fast to respond and were really helpful with any questions we had! The location was perfect. The views from the garden were beautiful and the train station was only 5 mins away so ideal to visit other areas too! Will 100%! Be booking to stay here again

Nathalie was wonderful! She reached out a few days before check-in to ask our flight schedule and provide her number. She also met us outside the property and showed us how to lock/ unlock the doors, discuss checkout timing, and make us feel at home. She also left us with a delicious bottle of rosé- the perfect welcome gift for southern France! The kitchen was immaculate and there were lots of dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils. The kitchen towels smelled like a fresh lavender field! Cannot recommend enough.

This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

Laurie's place is beyond our expectations. It's exceptionally clean including the bed linen. We were positively surprised by how clean the place is. Also, we love the style of her deco of the place: the furnitures, the home appliances. The view on the terrace to the whole city is the highlight. We wish that we could stay longer than just one short overnight as we had to catch early flight.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful; I could relax there all day. We spent a few weeks here as digital nomads, and the house is perfect for that purpose. We had everything we needed for a long-term stay. Cute house in a perfect location.

Petite maison idéalement placée surblombant la mer et au milieu des pins. Marcello nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Nuits merveilleuses avec une literie très confortable et au son des vagues. 5 minutes à pied pour rejoindre la plage par un joli chemin. Très propre avec tout ce qu’il faut ainsi que des petites attentions et de bonnes adresses . Séjour très relaxant et ressourçant !

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

Luxurious apartment with incredibly beautiful sea view. The apartment included everything we needed for a perfect holiday; beach very close as well as grocery stores and a good boulangerie. There is a quite busy street near the apartment but that didn't bother us and we slept very well. Would love to return to this beautiful place.
