The apartment really enchanted us, the rooms are nice, clean with air conditioning, stylish, in the living room a large TV, kitchen with everything that should be here. The "resort" itself was on a hill with beautiful views, a huge garden, a swimming pool, all stylish Tuscan, the surroundings beautiful, peace, quiet, peace, everything you need here you will find. As the Italians say, it's "Tutto bene" here

Really very nice accommodation and a big thank you to Camilla who takes care of everything. For example, with us, to reserve a tennis court. Full recommendation!

Wonderful place, friendly people, beautiful views. We were a family of 4. Here you can rest, relax, think and stop for a moment. You will feel like you are in paradise. Here you will find something for yourself and your child. Very large, clean swimming pool, jacuzzi, sun loungers, umbrellas. Beautiful orchard. You can play football, table tennis. You can have a barbecue in the orchard, and in the morning when you get up you can drink coffee on the terrace with a beautiful view. The apartment is sensational. Very clean in all rooms. The city is 5 minutes away by car. In the city, there is a variety of shops. You'll find everything you want. From here you can get to many other interesting places. Incredible stay and Bernardino and his family were incredibly welcoming and pleasant. They helped us check in later and were there to help us with any questions we had. Absolutely would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful Tuscan retreat.

The communication before our arrival was very good, the hostess responded very quickly to messages and also proactively contacted us. We were very warmly welcomed and were even allowed to check in 1 hour earlier. We were shown everything in and around the house. The house and the garden + pool were very clean. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was important and also worked well. In the kitchen you will find everything you need. The garden is beautifully large and well maintained. The large pool with the beautiful view also impressed us. The hosts, who live about 50m next door, took care of the pool every morning and checked if everything is okay there. The directions were also relatively easy. Approximately 30 minutes' drive to the house, there is a large Coop supermarket, where we were shopping. The sea is also only 30 minutes away by car. All in all, we were very satisfied and fully enjoyed our vacation as a group of 6 people!

Valeria and Simone have a super nice and clean apartment! We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The apartment offers a great starting point for numerous hikes and excursions. During our stay, we always received good tips and advice from the two. Our dog also felt very comfortable and since the property is completely fenced, he could move freely. We would come back. It was an incredibly beautiful time!

A beautiful place. You can see and feel it is not just a random vacation rental but feels like someones home and someone has put a lot of detail and love in the place. Once you talk with Diana, you understand even better: as the owner, so the home :) The house offers all you need to stay there (with your whole family) also for longer than only a few nights. The village is very cute and offers all you need, plus charming bars and restaurants. On top it is a great starting point to go and explore the area/ medieval towns/ nature parcs/ beaches. By car it felt like everything is reachable in max 20minutes. Further you can explore by bike and even start from the town on hikes so: if you get a chance to book, stop searching - hit the button and enjoy your time :)

We absolutely loved our wonderful stay at Susanna's and Carlo's. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable bed, welcoming interior, the views were stunning. It was really calm and it felt like home. Especially because Susanna and Carlo were such great hosts, friendly, helpful with good advice, they even organised to rent bikes for us. Also, the dog Peppe, gave us so much love, such a sweet dog, we really miss him. We witnessed the arrival of two cute cats and how they met Peppe. It was hard to leave. We absolutely recommend to stay there! Grazie mille per tutto, Susanna, Carlo and Peppe!

first I love his neighbors who checked us in. Cinzia was amazing. She not only showed us our place but took our kids to show us her farm. she also makes her own olive oil and gifted us with some! Wonderful Italian neighbors!! I contacted Rocky in advance and he provided me with specific recommendations for where we should go during a long drive we took. we went where he suggested and was not disappointed! Amazing quiet location with great near by wineries. would 100% recommend to everyone!

We had a fantastic stay thanks to the hospitality and enthusiasm of Barbara and Emmanuele, who were kind enough to spend unforgettable moments with us, despite their work obligations. The apartment is impeccable: clean, tidy and well organized. Their house is well located in southern Tuscany, not far from cultural and archaeological centers such as Vetulonia, Massa Marittima or Grosseto. Beautiful beaches are only 1/4 of an hour, 20 minutes by car, such as Follonica or Castiglione. In short, if you pass through the area, really don't hesitate, go for it! This apartment was so beautiful and the views were even better. We had an amazing stay here as our base for exploring Tuscany - visiting the Val d’Orcia and the thermal baths were a highlight! Lucia and Marco met us on arrival and were extremely friendly and gave us plenty of advice and places to visit. There was an issue with the boiler but Lucia was straight on it and it was fixed by the time we were home for the day. Thank you so much!

Location was perfect and close to fun things to do. The host was very responsive and friendly. 10/10 recommend staying here. Everything was very cleaned and beautiful.

Exceptionally beautiful apartment furnished with a lot of love and taste in a beautiful, well-kept complex! The beautiful, well-kept pool is the icing on the cake that makes the complex perfect. We really enjoyed the four-course dinner under the stars, but there are also so many good restaurants in the area that you can't try them all. Chiara and Stefano are the perfect hosts, you can learn a lot of interesting things from them! They also attach great importance to sustainability, the facility is self-sufficient and only organic wines are produced in the associated winery.

We had a brilliant week at Jakob and Margit’s house. Margit was so friendly and helpful (and gave us some wine and fresh eggs!). The views from the gardens are incredible and having the swimming pool was perfect. The local area has lots of great vineyards to visit and the house is close to Florence/Siena/Arezzo for day trips. It had everything we needed like a washing machine etc.

This apartment is absolutely exceptional! Everything is perfectly combined for a memorable stay in this beautiful area: strategic location, close to the thermal baths, superb beaches!!! just 1.5 hours from Siena, Florence, and close to Pisa. The exteriors are pleasant, and everything is designed to make everyone feel comfortable, and even more. We were a group of 9 (adults, teenagers, children and a baby), and we all found our space thanks to an optimal layout. The apartment is huge and nicely decorated. As for Monica, she is much more than welcoming, she is a real gem! Her kindness, hospitality, clarity, understanding and adaptability far exceeded all our expectations. She made us feel perfectly fine. I highly recommend this unforgettable experience in this wonderful area. Thanks Monica!

Massimo and his wife were great hosts. His place was ready and clean when we arrived. It had everything we needed. Massimo was always responsive and helpful. We were staying there for a wedding at La Pescaia and Massimo was kind enough to give us rides when needed. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Andrea en Simone, Are very welcoming, the location is a smal walk but with good directions easy to find. Palaia and the accommodation has amazed us, with a amazing home away from home. Great facilities, terrace, jacuzzi, pool, and not to forget amazing views. As a base to explore there is alot of interesting places to go to witin a hour drive. big cities, smaller towns, wineries, and with a tiny bit extra travelling time the sea. We had an amazing time in Casa San Ripa. The house is even nicer than it looks in the pictures, the view is amazing and the outside area is lovely, with all the lights in the trees at night. The whole property was very clean, including the inside and the pool, the instructions were easy and Giulia is super responsive and extremaly nice and helpful. We had a great stay and would highly recommend!

Beautiful property with warm, welcoming hosts. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and everything is tastefully decorated The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for cooking meals at home. The pool was a great temperature, immaculately clean, and came with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The entire setting is peaceful and relaxing, yet only a 35-minute drive to Siena and 50 minutes to Florence. We especially loved watching the sunset at the nearby five-star Belmond hotel. We went for drinks at 7pm, enjoyed live music, and were surrounded by the heavenly scent of jasmine. There is no air conditioning but the fans were absolutely fine! Another highlight was La Speranza, a gorgeous deli serving excellent coffee, pastries, cheese, and wine. They kindly spoke English when we got stuck and made us feel so welcome.
