Very generous and modern apartment (4.5 rooms, 105 m2) with a fire place at first floor of a duplex house; absolutely calm with a unique view over the whole area of Davos with its lake (2 minutes walk) and wonderful mountains. 5 Minutes walk to public transportation (bus). The cross-country ski run (winter) and the hiking trails (all seasons) are just behind the house.
