In Älvängen center, there is everything you can think of in service grocery stores, pharmacy, shoe store, flower shop, etc. In Ale municipality there are golf, hiking trails, bike paths, paddling opportunities, fishing waters, etc.

The veranda at the entrance to the apartment is for the guests. Distance to Spiken's fishing area is about 3 km and about 4 km to Läckö Castle. The house has a scenic location.
