Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. In the immediate vicinity, there is wilderness with plenty of trails, including the Vildmarksleden, for hiking, running and mountain biking. Airport: 8 minutes Chalmers golf course: 5 min

New cottage located 50 meters from the shore of Lake Vänern. Kitchen area with fridge, stove, microwave, fully equipped with porcelain, (no oven). Small living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and toilet. Air heat pump! Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent a wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Happy if the cottage is left cleaned, clean and tidy! Welcome!

The modern kitchen and inviting living room are located in the open part of the house with an outstanding ceiling height. On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm wide) and a toilet with shower. With a stepladder, you can get up to the cozy sleeping loft, which is equipped with two adjacent 90 cm beds. A warm welcome.

Newly built house with absolutely the best location on the Nordic's longest lake beach and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With walking paths, cafés and restaurants, it is a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is protected in a bay that is perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to paddle tennis courts, tennis courts, mini golf. No pets allowed. Sheets/towels are not included, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Hookahs/smoking are not allowed!

Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Enjoy the nature right next to lake Torskabotte in Tollered. Rent a small cozy lakehouse, on a half island with everything you may need for a nice get away. Perfect for two. Please note! You can rent bedlinens and towels for a fee, or you can provide it for yourself if you wish. You can't follow a GPS to our cabin. Write to us to get the right directions. In the lakehouse there is a small kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a view over lake Torskabotten.
