The accommodation is well located close to the city center of Provins, a few minutes' walk from all shops. Access to the accommodation was achieved independently using a code lock. The apartment is perfectly functional and corresponds in every way to the listing. We were sensitive to all the little attentions of Christine during our stay. We had a pleasant weekend.

Very pleasant stay, in a small, clean and well-designed accommodation. The check-in and check-out instructions were also very clear, I did not need to communicate during the stay, the questions had been raised beforehand. We had a nice weekend at Florence’s place. Very cozy and comfortable. The small terrace/backyard is so nice and rare to have. Thankful she is open for dogs to stay at her place. Would recommend!

We had a lovely stay in the gite. The big garden in the back was wonderful for the kids and dog. The house had everything we needed and more during our bouldering trip. I hope we can come back again.

The house and setting is beautiful. Excellent bedding. It was really great. The only small downside is that there were no photos of the outdoor staircase to access the house. The person accompanying me is prone to dizziness and had difficulty descending due to the void and lack of a ramp. The same goes for small children... there is still a risk that they will fall by accident...

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Jean-Rene's house which was well equipped with everything you needed. Jean-Rene was very easy to contact and was quick to respond. He gave many recommendations of places to eat and sites to visit. The natural elephant statues in the forest were amazing, the forest is just a short walk from the house. This was our first visit to Barbizon, the house is perfectly located near to the centre of the village which is a delight to walk through.

Had a lovely 3 night stay in a very private, well equipped house. Very secure garden for our two dogs. kitchen had everything you needed and plenty of outside seating to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Didier was very responsive to any questions that we had. Perfect. Thanks

Great spot! Spacious, clean and comfortable! One of the most well equipped places I’ve ever stayed at. The one thing that you should keep in mind is that the beds aren’t huge. You can fit 6 grown up men in there but it is going to be tight.

Lovely flat - we really liked the outdoor area. There was an issue we identified with one of the shutters on arrival but it was fixed promptly. We would be very happy to stay here again.
