Welcome to this leisure paradise, 100 meters to the lake Värmeln. A complete farm from the 19th century with barn, herbre, stalls, pasture and sauna and swimming jetty. The farm is located high, surrounded by a large farmyard with two furnished patios, lawns, berry bushes, fruit trees. Here you have a wide view of the lake, meadows, forest and the old village of Nussviken. At the private beach there is a wood-fired sauna, swimming jetty, canoe, kayak and rowing boat to borrow. For children there is a swing, sandbox and playhouse.

Small cottage 30 sqm directly by Vänern with entrance room, living room that has a sofa bed for 2 people, kitchen and a small room with washbasin/ sink and shower. Wooden terrace directly at the cabin and about 15 meters from the lake. We also have a smaller cabin with 2 bunk beds thus sleeps 4 and a separate small house with incinerating toilet cinderella. Blueberry forest around, blueberries can be picked in season. Canoe access. We have wifi. The balcony has outdoor furniture. 4 km to Åmål with shops and restaurants.

The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. In the local area there are several lakes and nice fishing waters, the opportunity to pick berries and mushrooms, hike or why not take a trip up to "rännbergs peak" (hiking trail up to a nearby mountain top)
