The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

On the ground floor of our house, located on the edge of a GR (long-distance hiking trail) and a route of the Camino de Santiago, you benefit from a completely independent entrance and a private shaded garden area, in summer. This studio was converted from an old vaulted barn which gives it a very atypical charm. Parking space reserved for our guests

A true haven of peace with a magnificent wooden terrace overlooking a private garden of 250 m2, not overlooked. Small corner of paradise ideally located in a residential area but 2 steps from the amenities of Savines-le-Lac. Private lake access is a few meters from the accommodation.
