You can fish in the pond or fish in the summer. You can take a dip in the lovely steam of the wood sauna. Relax in the peace of nature. Nearby there are, for example, Kontiolahti ski slopes and trails, a biathlon stadium, Paihola's disc golf course, a summer cafe (about 6 km), Pielisjoki and Joensuu (21km) and Kolin National Park (about 54km) services and activities!

In a cottage on the shore of a steamy woman, you get to spend a vacation with a unique lake landscape. The wood-burning sauna has soft steam and a view of the lake. Home from the last millennium

Stay in the middle of Kitee, on the corner of the square, all services are within walking distance. The house is from the 50s and the interior from the 90s. The bedroom has a double bed and the living room has two 80 cm beds. The kitchen is retro, but with modern appliances. Toilet small but clean and tidy. The shower rooms are downstairs, shared with another apartment, lockable door. Marimekko's cotton bedding and towels are washed with a fragrance-free detergent. You will sleep well in the smooth, fluffy sheets.

Alapiha Arboretum Guesthouse and Sauna

Cozy guesthouse and sauna in a wild tree sport park. The area has about 250 different varieties of woody trees and shrubs on two acres. The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in a natural state and the area is undergoing renovation. Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. Style is rustic with a light twist of retro functionalism. Now we have moved 200m, on the opposite side of the road, and we offer Villa for our quest. Your sincerely Leena & Juha

Romantic shelter with a great view

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

A cozy, 35,5 square meter studio apartment located in the city centre of Joensuu. The studio is in the second floor of a peaceful apartment building. There's a parking spot and an elevator.
