We spent 2 unforgettable weeks in this beautiful seaside villa. The location is perfect, just steps to the beach. The villa is spacious, well furnished and with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing vacation. Free parking is well guarded in the residence. A special thank you goes to the hosts, who were extremely kind and helpful. From the time of booking until checkout, they were always ready to answer any questions and provide advice on what to visit nearby. They made us feel at home! We stayed in this apartment the penultimate week of August 2024. Already from the description and photos used by the owners to present the apartment, it can be seen that it is a niceapartment, recently built, well furnished and in a quiet and elegant setting. The expectations, therefore, were very high: they were widely exceeded. - the apartment is spacious, well furnished and with all the necessary comforts so as not to notice any differences with your home; - The garden, very well-kept with a beautiful lawn, has a gazebo and a barbecue that make the evenings magical: relaxing and extraordinarily "summer"; - The beach and the sea (amazing) are really a few meters away; - In Caulonia and in neighboring countries there are all the services and the value for money is always very correct.
