Bed linens & towels can be rented. Cleaning can be booked. A cabin for 2 is also available for rent.

Walk to the village swimming area with additional sauna, and the cottage's boat/canoe/kayak. There are fishing waters, berry and mushroom picking areas, walking paths and snow in winter. On the farm, there are sheep and you are warmly welcome to bring your pet. My ambition is for you to have a really good time with me at hand without me disturbing you.

Towels and linen are not includedcan but can be arranged, towel 50 SEK and linen 100 SEK per person. The gests are to leve the cottage in a clean condition.

Fri tillgång till eka, kajak, cyklar och grill (ta med kol). Dubbelsäng, våningssäng och bäddsoffa. Önskas spjälsäng och barnstol? Förbränningstoalett, insynsskyddad duschkabin på altan. Hyr gärna sängkläder och handdukar, tvättmaskin, vedeldad bastu eller elbilsladdning. För det mesta kan vi erbjuda frukost. Städning ingår i hyran.

Enjoy lake views from the balcony and terrace, cozy fireplace in the kitchen and fireplace in the living room. Two bathrooms, one with bathtub and shower. Wood-fired sauna by the lake with jetty and boat to borrow. In winter, starry skies and the northern lights light up the evenings. Close to hunting and fishing – perfect for relaxing and adventures in the wilderness!

Welcome to this newly built house in beautiful Fällsvikshamn. The house was completed in the autumn of 2020, sea view and is close to the water. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , and AC for sunny days. Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August only booking Sunday-Sunday.
