Cozy cottage for rent in a rural environment in the forests of Småland. The cottage is located on a small farm where there are, among other things, sheep and chickens. There is the possibility to buy both honey and eggs from the farm. Nearby is Vimmerby, 4.5 miles, where Astrid Lindgren's world is a popular destination. The nearest swimming area is about 6 km away. It is possible to rent bed linen SEK 100/bed and towels SEK 50/towel set. The tenant cleans the apartment themselves at check-out. The service can be purchased for SEK 1,000.

18th century Twin Cottage

The Twin Cottage from the 18th century is situated in a small hamlet with grazing animals and foot paths in the surrounding forest and fields. We have 45 km to Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren’s world. The area of ‘Bråbygden’ is known for it rich flora and well kept fields. Bråhultesjön, 6 km from us, is a nice lake for bathing. Twin Cottage is like old times attatched house. We live in one part of the house and you rent the other. The garden is a fine place to enjoy evenings. Warmly welcome!

It is part of an old Swedish farmhouse on a 10 hectare property located between the lakes Rummelsrum and Hyttegöl. Get to know the rich fauna and flora directly from the terrace or during long walks in the surrounding area. After a dip in the lake, enjoy a barbecue on the attractively lit terrace.

Fully equipped summerhouse with a fantastic location in the peninsula north of Oskarshamn. It is located on an "island" in the archipelago north-east of Oskarshamn, ~ 20 min by car. The area is called Dragskär. The "island" is connected to the mainland via a small natural pier and short bridge. Road goes all the way to the house. Here starts the marvellous east coast archipelago. From the big 20 sqm sun lounge/patio you have a direct splendid view of a small bay in the Baltic sea.

Drygt 15 minuter utanför Astrid Lindgrens Vimmerby och ca 30 minuter från kuststaden Västervik finner ni denna plats med egen trädgård och strand (delas med värden). Utsikten mot sjön skapar förutsättningar för härliga naturupplevelser - året om! Vintertid värmer härliga brasor och på sommaren svalkar sjön! Med kanot (hyr av värden) kan du uppleva Kalmar Läns största sjö endast med paddeltagens ljud som hörs och få möjligheten att se fridlysta djur, alltifrån havsörn till utter.

Warm welcome to our semi-detached house, which is located in the countryside near the coust between Västervik and Oskarshamn. The house is located in a calm idyllic area, with neighbours around, so it fits you who likes calmness. Earlier it was a cat in the house. Around 2 km from the house, it´s a village called Blankaholm. There you can swim in the sea, icecream café, mini golf and more. You also have the possibility to rent a small boat or go with a boat on a seatrip.

Welcome to beautiful Västervik! The house of 30 sqm contains a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, Bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft for 2 people. Pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Of course, there is TV, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speakers. Bicycles are available to borrow, it is only about 10 min to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the city center. Note: The house has been expanded in 2025 to get to a proper bedroom.
