We were there with our little son and 2 dogs for 3 weeks and felt very comfortable. We were received very nicely and everything was shown to us. Alessandro has created a detailed website where you can find any information for the area, sights, transport, attractions and much more. If you still needed help, you were answered immediately. The pool was cleaned every day and the garden is wonderful for relaxing but also for playing and romping. A nice quiet location but it has everything you need and you can also get to Rome quickly. Very loving hosts and a great apartment with everything you need. We all had a very nice time and would come back any time.

We had a very good time, very welcoming and well furnished apartment. There has always been immediate support for every request we made. I will definitely return to Fabrizio and I highly recommend it.

Alex was an ideal host. Met us on arrival and showed us around. He was always available via messages if required. The house was fantastic and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The pool is quite deep with a diving board. We decided not to rent a car and taxis were quite expensive so we relied on buses and the metro to get around. A metro bus ticket is 1.50 euros which gives you 100 minutes of travel on the bus and metro ( only one metro ride per ticket ). There are 3 big supermarkets including Lidl which can be reached catching the 88 bus outside the gate. The 906 bus can take you to Valle Aurelia where you can catch the metro to Rome Central. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and loved every minute of it. A fantastic host of a lovely villa.

We were enchanted when we saw Lucia's house, especially the garden and the facilities in the garden (ping pong, pool, basketball court) were very enjoyable for my son. I liked watching the sunset in the garden the most. The house was a living house. Lucia and her assistant Natalie responded to all our needs immediately. We could easily reach Rome center and other villages with the car we rented. It was very comfortable to reach Rome in 20-25 minutes by car. It is a very enjoyable house for large families or groups of friends, especially those with children, who want to be able to reach the city easily but also want to be at home in peace and relax away from the city. Thank you very much for everything.

I had a perfect stay, Antonella was lovely, really thoughtful. At first I thought of the isolated accommodation, and in the end with the bus it goes very quickly to reach the tourist center. I felt right at home. Thanks! And what a joy to regain calm after days of wandering.

We stayed for more than a month in this beautiful little house, very original and charming, which is located in a very quiet residential area of Rome. Everything was perfect in the house, everything was functional and very convenient. Parking is a few meters from the house, within the grounds of the residence. The pool is also very beautiful and very well maintained. We usually travel by car but we also took public transport and it is really very easy to get to the city center by bus. There are many shops, restaurants and services in the area. It is very easy and pleasant to communicate with Ulderico. He regularly checked in with us to see if we were missing anything and if everything was okay. We will definitely be back and would recommend this place 100%.

Emanuele’s apartment was perfect for our city break in Rome. It’s a lovely space, comfortable, very clean, lots of thought, care and attention has gone into providing everything we needed for our stay. The location of the property was very well connected with public transport to get into the centre of the city easily. We had excellent, very easy communication with Emanuele. He was very accommodating, even when our incoming flight was very delayed. Thank you for making us feel very welcome Emanuele, we loved our short stay and look forward to coming to stay again next year. Thank you. Very highly recommended ⭐️

Roberta was most helpful and gave very useful tips. She even made some phone calls for me which went above and beyond! The place was spotless and we really appreciated the little touches like a fresh box of coffee.

Great accommodation, clean, with accessories, but difficult to access. For those using public transportation, I suggest evaluating. For those who are by car, I highly recommend

I cannot say enough about Klevin. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, gorgeous, quiet, comfortable, easy to access. Most importantly, Klevin was ALWAYS accessible to us. We were robbed in Rome and Klevin went above and beyond to help us get new passports in time to make our cruise. We owe our entire vacation to him and his kindness.

Our stay was awesome, and both hosts made everything very convenient. They are about a 15-20 minute walk from the metro station and you can get everywhere from there. They provided us with all the information we needed and answered our questions. The place is very homey, and I would definitely stay again!

Amazing stay here ! We really enjoyed how close it was to the Colosseum and we really loved the Rione Monti area which is just a ten minute walk and has lots of bars and restaurants. Would stay here again next time we are in Rome !!

Camilla was very helpful and quick to respond to my messages and questions. The wifi worked fine. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. There was nothing missing. In the summer, this place is sure to be a hit. Very cool and with air conditioning . Highly recommend this place

We enjoyed our stay at Lorenzo’s apartment outside of the tourist centers of Rome. The apartment had charm and all the amenities needed. Lorenzo had great communication and provided excellent recommendations for activities and food/drink in the city and nearby. The historic city center was easily accessible by the number 8 tram just a few minutes from the apartment. Great value for staying in Rome and was easy to get to/from the airport.

Mario's apartment and Mario himself are what you need to guarantee a divine few days in Rome. Location: The apartment is strategically located near Rome's main attractions, making it easy to walk around. It is in an area of small streets with great gastronomy, shops, businesses and nightlife. The apartment inside: Impeccable! Also comfortable and complete. And finally Mario, charming, attentive and available! So much so that he even allowed us to leave later and didn't charge us. As I said at the beginning: everything is a guarantee to spend a precious time in Rome. We highly recommend it! Thank you Mario!!

This place is truly a gem in lovely Trastevere area. Spacious apartment is well-maintained, clean and it has a nice private patio for coffee or a class of wine. Efficient wifi and good water pressure in shower. Hosts are super helpful, kind and easily available for any questions. Please don´t hesitate to book if it´s available, I assure You won´t regret it!

Our stay at Giovanna's was very nice. We were able to get from the accommodation to the city center very well by bus or tram and at the same time had the advantages of a quiet residential area. In addition, Giovanna helped us to find our way around the area and feel comfortable with tips and recommendations. The small attentions that Giovanna prepared for us gave us a good start. We would come back anytime and can only highly recommend the apartment.

I'm so glad I choose to stay at Celeste's place when I visited my daughter who was studying abroad at AUR. The terrace was a wonderful place for she and her friends to come over and hang out. It's even more beautiful and cooler than the pictures show. We loved it!! We could easily walk to any place in Trastevere or take the tram into downtown Rome (20 min). I spent a few days by myself and felt safe walking in the area and navigating to and from all the famous Roman sites. At the end of the day, I came back to a clean, comfortable, and safe place. As other reviewers mentioned, downstairs feels slightly humid but there is no mold. All the windows open, and it feels pleasant within 5 minutes. The area is bustling until about 11 pm, but after that it's quiet. The door is tricky. Use the door knocker to pull the door firmly toward you while turning the key all the way to the left, then push in. I can't wait to bring my whole family back to Rome and stay in Celeste's aqueduct apt again!

we had an amazing stay. the place is newly renovated and super clean, also cosy. 2 bathrooms come in very handy. the building itself is old and the street is being renovated. but the area is super authentic. with great restaurants and shops around. real Roman experience. loved it! not to forget that the owner is super helpful.

Very nice space in Rome. Away from the hustle and bustle of busy city streets, little traffic and quiet surroundings. Close to the train station and many bus terminals. Clean home with all the amenities we needed. Lots of space for the 6 of us to spread out and relax. Private parking is nice and safe, but tight to get into with a larger vehicle. Would stay here again!
