We had the most amazing experience! The property is stunning and pictures don’t do it justice. All the staff are so welcoming and so helpful. They helped us book a Vespa tour and gave us recommendations for dinner spots. So much to do by car around the area!

This stay felt like something out of a movie! We were greeted with such warmth. The house is so beautiful and well-renovated—high quality details from the bathroom to the woodwork plus the plot of land is quintessentially Tuscany. And when Andrea found out we didn’t have a rental car, he offered to drive us! We had a wonderful time at a nearby winery, Tenuta Barbadoro, then watched the sunset from a field near the main downtown area before having a delicious meal at a nearby restaurant, Restaurante Bistrot lo Zero. We woke up to the smell of croissants and sound of chirping birds. The perfect Italian countryside experience.

David and Roberta are truly the best hosts! Their place is dreamy beautiful and they go out of their way to help you have the best experience. Whether it’s the delicious breakfast served each morning or doing your laundry, David and Roberta go out of their way to make you feel welcome and are genuinely so kind. Definitely recommend this location.

Great old monastery with beautiful surroundings and great views from the terrace and garden. Isabella and her family were very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay with a very good breakfast. We will be happy to come back.

We were guests of Alessandra on the bridge of the first of November to relax, visit the neighboring villages, taste the local specialties and have fun in the city of Lucca in celebration. The location is really evocative, characteristic and surrounded by greenery. In fact, the house overlooks a beautiful garden with olive trees and many plants. A home that tells a story, paintings, objects, and family collections make the structure unique and special. The room is cozy, clean, with sheets, towels, TV and comfortable closet. The spacious bathroom, also very clean. The b&b was quite easy to reach and there is the possibility of leaving the car in the private parking lot of the property. Alessandra was very professional, very kind, never intrusive and at the same time always present for any need in the structure. I really enjoyed staying at Manuela's! She was a lovely host. Her property is peaceful and calm and just what I needed at the time. I felt welcome and loved exploring her property and the nearby village. I hope to go back to this beautiful place in the future!

I could not recommend Il Segreto more. We had a perfect stay—the room, the view, the food. Every detail is perfection and so thoughtful. The hospitality is incredible. Fantastic room in a beautiful small town. Very modern yet with the historic Charme. A hidden gem!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for three nights while visiting Tuscany. Our stay was amazing. Daniele and Maria are amazing hosts. The room was clean, breakfast was served every morning, and the wine they produce is great. The views from the accommodation are magical, and the location is perfect for visiting nearby cities. We combined work and sightseeing, and the wifi was good enough to work from here.

For us, it was the perfect place to stay! Maria is very hospitable and communicative. The Airbnb is really nice and the breakfast was perfect (also very great for vegetarians). We felt really comfortable. A big thank you and definitely to be recommended. Arrived by bus and walked from Volterra and found it great (but are also very athletic). There were great hiking trails in the area and generally it was really nice and quiet!

Excellent place, spotless, spacious. Wide common areas accessible, including a pleasant rooftop terrace with views towards the harbor. More than a kilometer on foot from the train station but the journey is easy and the tranquility of the place is well worth it.

Lorenzo and Claudia's service was excellent, 11 out of 10. The place is a paradise on earth and the mansion (not house) exceeded all our expectations. The directions for arrival and stay, always clear and precise. The lawnmower robot gave us no problems and the girls were able to enjoy the pool on a hot day. Easy access from Pisa, Lucca, or Florence. We will definitely return and use it as a reference point.

Our stay at the B&B Sottomonte was simply fantastic. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Adam, the host - you immediately feel at home. Adam was not only incredibly friendly, but also extremely helpful: he gave us great tips for excursions, restaurants and hidden highlights in the area that made our vacation really special. The house itself is beautifully located - in the middle of the Tuscan countryside, quiet and idyllic. Our room was lovingly furnished, very clean and comfortable. We particularly liked the breakfast - fresh, regional and prepared with love. Sottomonte is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the real Tuscan way of life. We would have liked to stay longer and will definitely come back. Thank you, Adam, for this unforgettable time!

Maria Livia’s place was fantastic. Spotlessly clean and well-appointed in a beautiful location. Excellent value for money and Maria Livia was a wonderful host. I would happily stay there again.

Elena proved to be an impeccable host. Perfect room, equipped with all the comforts but above all with those small details that make the difference in the world of hospitality. Perfect value. One piece of advice: you will need a car for getting around (in any case, a private parking space is provided very close to the accommodation).

Lavinia's solution is perfect for short (but not too short!) stops. The garden is fantastic, the common areas are welcoming. Lavinia and her mother are polite and caring people, but not intrusive at all. The room is perfect for resting and photos correspond exactly to reality. Thank you! PS the breakfast was… delicious!
