Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Veenendaal

I’m emotional about leaving this absolute treasure of a rental- wish we could stay forever. We booked Darley’s on the recommendation of well-traveled local friends who literally *moved* to Hilversum after staying here and told us it was the best Airbnb of all time. (These friends also know that I’m finicky about vacation rentals and generally prefer hotels.) I’m SO glad we listened to them. This is, without a doubt, the most beautiful, well-appointed, lavish, thoughtfully stocked, gorgeously furnished, comfortable Airbnb ever, and now I’m probably ruined for all others. It could have been half as incredible for twice the price - we’d still be delighted. I’ve never felt more at home while traveling. We had all the privacy, comfort, provisions, fresh flowers and fruit, random fun perks, great water pressure, immaculate cleanliness, inspiring corners, luxurious linens, and other copious supplies we didn’t know we needed. Thank you, Marielise, for the Airbnb experience of a lifetime. WOW.

We think Zeddam is a beautiful environment where you can walk and cycle. In the immediate vicinity, you will find hills, forest, polder, and riverscape. Various places in Germany are also easy to reach. We did not use the car during our stay. Various restaurants are in walking distance. A good butcher and a supermarket are close by. In the apartment, all the necessities are available for cooking, staying, etc. We felt right at home there. Everything was done to make us feel at ease. In short, we can recommend this apartment to everyone.

That’s my 2nd time at this flat. Great quiet place where to stay. The flat has everything you need and Anne is very friendly and helpful.

Diederik‘s flat was fantastic for our trip to Utretch. A very quiet neighborhood with lovely old homes and surroundings. Exactly what we needed for our first trip with our little one. The apt is spacious and has all you need. Only downside is the stairs between floors are a bit more tight/narrow/steep than they appear in the photos. So be careful if you have a little one. Otherwise we loved our stay at his place. Its a great getaway.

Kim is very responsive to any communications. Well equips home. Left some items by way of coffee etc to help when you first arrive.

Good accommodation, perfectly equipped kitchen and bathroom and pleasant living room. Being a basement, it lacks sunlight, but that is something that is already understood.

The house was very cosy, clean, and nicely decorated. The garden was superb, and Ivon and her husband are very friendly and easy-going. I needed to be close to the university, and the location was excellent. Strongly recommended.

Had a wonderful stay with our two young children (1 and 3.5). A couple of sheep at the door, nice. Apartment small but exactly as described and by efficient layout everything is in it. Long bed (2.10?) box spring. and good sofa that has not sagged. Bicycles with child seats rented. We recommend it.

Lovely cottage for a week away with our toddler. Beautiful quiet park and wooded area. The garden of the cottage offers all kinds of nice playgrounds for children, so you can sit quietly as a parent.

Just great. Yvonne welcomed me very warmly and I had a restful night in the accommodation. I can fully recommend Airbnb.

A beautiful place to unwind and relax. There is nothing missing, the house is cozy and very clean. The sauna and whirlpool make every vacation a little better. I'd love to come back.

We immediately felt at home in this great accommodation! Mia made it easy for us with her hospitality to feel right at home right away. The accommodation is a gem, the garden a dream! For us as a family with a small child (4 years), a perfect place to relax, start excursions and just breathe! You can feel the love for detail in every corner!

We had a truly wonderful time at this beautiful house while celebrating my mother's 60th birthday. It's a great place to bring the family together for a relaxing weekend.

The cottage is on a small-scale green park, where you can go with your dog. In fact, it was Pentecost weekend and I have never seen so many dogs. All of them are well-behaved and only friendly dogs. With a few minutes' walk, you are in the forest, where - in some places - the dog can also go off the line. There is also a communal swimming pool that you can use. The cottage is comfortable, the bed is good and also in a nice place where you have no view. Communication with the hostess, Jacq, is perfect. She responds immediately to any question. Thank you for the nice days.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly friendly and warm – you felt welcome from the first moment. The breakfast was excellent and prepared with a lot of love. I would like to write wonderful things about the house itself, the neighborhood, and Mr. Jorrit — each of them was truly excellent. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house was peaceful, full of natural light, and surrounded by greenery — it felt like the sun and nature were part of the home. Every detail had been meticulously thought through and designed solely to make guests feel happy and welcome. There were even umbrellas and lovely slippers at the entrance. The bed linen was top quality, and everything was spotless. The neighborhood was quiet, spacious, and very decent. Great restaurants, cafes, and parks were just a short walk away — and the city center was only about 20 minutes on foot. Mr. Jorrit was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly. Most importantly, he had already thought of everything we might need and left informative and thoughtful notes throughout the house. Many thanks.

We had a lovely stay in this stylish and beautifully decorated apartment. I stayed with my two children, and we all felt right at home. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with everything we needed—including tea and coffee for the machine, which was a thoughtful touch. There was even a delicious cake waiting for us in the fridge (though it didn’t last long!). The beds were super comfortable, and the showers were excellent. The stairs gave us a bit of a workout, but it added to the charm and character of the place. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Grave, a picturesque town with beautiful views of the Maas River. Highly recommend this place for a cosy, comfortable, and well-located stay—thank you for a great experience!

Will be back in a heartbeat. I travels frequently for work and I honestly say this is one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. Host is quick to respond and very accommodating. If you are planning on visiting Utrecht the location is perfect.

Suzanne’s loft is truly a home away from home and filled with all the comforts and amenities you could ever need! So refreshing while traveling. We stayed only three short nights and our only regret is not staying longer. The loft is in the perfect location just a block away from restaurants, bars, and shopping. The street is so picturesque and we woke up Saturday to a beautiful linen market! Thankyou for hosting us and for your amazing communications! 🧡🧡

We spent a week here. The place is small, but provided plenty of storage for our clothes, and provided all the cooking items we needed. Having the washer In the sink/shower room gave a surface for our cosmetic bags. The toilet has its own room, which also makes the spaces more functional. Having a washing machine was fantastic after spending the previous week on a boat/ bike tour! We used the drying rack, instead of the dryer, and our clothes were dry the next day. There is now a roof terrace, which is a great addition. The steep stairs have been mentioned before, so I brought some cloths up in bags to lighten the wt. of the suitcase. Once I did that, I could manage its wt. and hang onto the railing OK. There is construction on the street where the bus normally stops, but we finally found the stop at Royaards van Den Hamkade, and that made a world of difference, especially leaving with suitcases. The bus ride to Utrecht was about 10 min. Our over all experience was great.

We had a wonderful month-long stay at Robert's place on St. Annastraat Nijmegen. This unique dwelling is very spacious with high ceilings and is artfully styled. The two level apartment is full of light, and is peaceful with friendly neighbors, a great kitchen with lovely large dining table and a delightfully private enclosed patio garden. The dedicated workspace was a great bonus. The bed upstairs is comfortable with fresh linens and plenty of closet space to unpack and store belongings. We really appreciated the thoughtful intentionality and soul in the design and decor. It felt very much like someone's much-loved home & therefore made us feel very comfortable in Nijmegen. Thank you Robert and big gratitude to neighbor Mary-Ann who was so kind and helpful to us during our stay.

Very comfy place to stay, quiet area yet not so far from centre. Close to the Rhine with some beautiful views.
