Excellent location, well kept grounds apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Kseniia's was an excellent hoist met us at the apartment showed us round. texted us during our stay to check everything was ok. would highly recommend and would return. Well worth the booking fee.

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Sonia’s appartement was perfect for our resting holidays. The view is very relaxing, we slept very well, the tunnel to the beach is magic. Restaurants are delicious and a very good bakery is just down the flat with also small supermarkets. There’s everything you need in the flat to make your stay very confortable like if you were at home. Sonia is very welcoming and flexible, we would love to stay again in the flat for a future holiday in Alicante.

Dani's apartement was fantastic, in a great location with sea views as stated and just 50m from the beach. The apartment had everything we needed (with one minor exception - a couple of sun loungers on the balcony would make it perfect!). All in all I wouldn't hessiate to recomend this as a super place to stay in Guardamar.

Raquel explained everything very well, very kind, we had no problems. El apartamento para dos es perfec. Very nice and very cozy. Everything was very clean and tidy. The shower is very large, super comfortable.

Lovely stay here with our dogs. Nice enclosed garden and only a 5 min drive to La mata beach and some nice walks for the dogs. Close enough to central Torrevieja for all the restaurants etc but just far enough away for peace and quiet.

Professional, fast and uncomplicated contact. Apartment super clean and modern. Nice style Incredible view and also very quiet due to the height of the apartment and the balcony. Underground parking. The residential complex consists of partly permanent residents and holiday guests, which creates a beautiful atmosphere. Pools were never overcrowded. Absolutely amazing flat and pool, beach is only a 2 mins walk away. Nice restaurant and a few touristy shops around. Would definitely stay again :)

Elise’s place was beautiful, so well decorated and equipped with everything we could have needed. The pool is gorgeous and so peaceful, it’s really private. The apartment is very spacious and very very clean, the air conditioning worked really well. Everything worked perfect, we are delighted with our stay there and hope to return next year. The apartment is as shown in the photos — impeccable, well equipped, located in a quiet area with shops nearby, and the heated pool was the pastel cherry. We had an amazing time.

Very beautiful. Looked better than in pictures. Pools were vey close to an apartment. One of the pools were heated. Coffee, pool accessories and toys for children and other useful things were available. Very friendly communication.

Fermin was a fantastic host. His communication was excellent right from booking through to when we were there. The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning . We spent a lot of time outside watching the sea and the world go by. The only two of us stayed but six people could easily spend time in this apartment. It had everything you needed and more.

We booked the apartment to attend an event. plus it was my partners birthday weekend. Pedro was a great host, all questions were answered immediately. We loved our stay in the apartment,it was clean, homely, spacious and peaceful. We would definitely stay there again. We liked the fact that we had various option's to eat out at some excellent restaurants in walking distance. Also the local supermarket was less than 5 minutes away. Had a wonderful stay! The apartment has such a good location, in the most beautiful area of Alicante Center and few minutes away from the beach and port. The street however was quiet and there was plenty of shadow , not needing the AC on. It is close to great restaurants and bars, has a small supermarket and a small restaurant right downstairs. The apartment is wonderful decorated by Thea, the designer who welcome us and who who found the perfect way to integrate the day and night areas in such a comfortable and elegant way. Everything was perfectly clean looking brand new. The communication was great, both Frans and Thea were helping proactively with recommendations and tips.

The apartment was lovely, really clean, beautifully decorated, well equipped and close to all the amenities. It was wonderful to have the private roof terrace too.
