There are 2 bedrooms, a dining-/living-room (TV, WiFi) a small Kitchen, bathroom and hall are available. You are traveling alone or as a couple, friends or family - you will certainly feel good! Linen / towels! Heiligenhaus is situated between Düsseldorf and Essen on the edge of the Ruhr area. By car you can reach Dusseldorf in 20 minutes. In 2011 by the newly created panorama cycle Heiligenhaus is connected to the hiking and cycling trails in the Ruhr into the Bergisches Land. Also for mechanics or fairgoers suitable.

The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the district of Holthausen/Raadt. The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

The apartment is located on the second floor of a two-family house. 11 steps lead to the house entrance. The surrounding cities of Düsseldorf, Essen and Wuppertal can be reached by car in approx. 30 minutes.

We rent our small guest room (... it is ONE room, even if Airbnb lists the living room and bedroom separately in the pictures) with private bathroom and entrance. The room has a bed 80 x 200 cm, which can be quickly widened to 160 x 200 cm. The room is "only" about 13 square meters (plus bathroom), but otherwise has everything you need for a short stay: a closet, 2 chairs, a table, fridge, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery ...

Enjoy your stay in our modern, quiet and fully equipped apartment in Wuppertal. Explore the city of stairs, the green zoo, take a ride with the city's landmark, the suspension railway, or enjoy the quick connection to the neighboring cities of Cologne, Düsseldorf, Essen, Dortmund and Bochum for work or trade fair visits. The apartment guarantees a nice stay for up to 4 people; bed linens and towels are provided.

The attic apartment is in a detached house in a traffic-calmed area. Various shops and restaurants are nearby. The apartment has a work area in the bedroom. Internet (100 Mbit/sec)/Wi-Fi and printer are included. Due to its proximity to the Düsseldorf and Essen trade fairs (about 25 km away), it is suitable for trade fair guests, but also for commuters. Lockable garage for two-wheelers is available. No pets.
