Living and sitting room with fireplace on the first level, then the bedroom and a semi opened bathroom with a lighted bath and shower. A magic and romantic accommodation right in the middle of the old village of Eze famous for its hand craft its art galleries, its restaurants and the exotic garden at the top. An amazing view !!!

We rent from Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise agreed. "Sociable and well-behaved" pets are welcome.

The house of the Artist

This 79 m2 charming town house was originally built in 1792 and therefore a part of the history of our lovely little village, La Colle sur Loup. The house has been totally renovated in 2013, respecting the spirit of a the initial style with stone walls and wooden beams in the ceiling and then with an artistic twist. We will do our outmost to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The town house is on 3 floors with open access between the different levels in the house.

Independent house of 25 m2, renovated in 2019, air-conditioned and beautifully decorated. It consists of a sleeping area (with a double bed), a living area (with sofa, table, chairs, armchair, TV), a fitted kitchen and a shower room/sink/toilet. The maisonette/studio overlooks a terrace and a garden, it is located in a residential area of Cagnes sur mer 2 steps from the city center, close to public transport, 800 m from the beaches, and 4 km from the airport.

The Little House of Vence

Located in Vence, in the hinterland of Nice on the owners' land, the Petite Maison de Vence is a haven of peace and quiet. The pool and garden are a delight after a day of sightseeing or beach. Meals can be enjoyed outside in privacy. The house is located 14 km from the airport, less than 10 km from the beaches and 18 km from Nice. Ideal and central location to enjoy the Côte d'Azur (Cannes, Monaco) and the hinterland in all seasons.

Vence is a nice town with all the amenities, The city center and buses are within a 15-minute walk. the nearest sea is at Cagnes-sur-Mer, the Col de Vence is 15 minutes by car, hikes and horse or pony rides with superb views. In the area, the Oceanographic Museum of Monaco, 3 parks are in Villeneuve-Loubet, visit the pretty villages of Saint-Jeannet and Tourrettes-sur-Loup too!!! The landscapes are beautiful and overlook the sea.
