The house of the Artist

This 79 m2 charming town house was originally built in 1792 and therefore a part of the history of our lovely little village, La Colle sur Loup. The house has been totally renovated in 2013, respecting the spirit of a the initial style with stone walls and wooden beams in the ceiling and then with an artistic twist. We will do our outmost to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The town house is on 3 floors with open access between the different levels in the house.

The maisonette/studio overlooks a terrace and a garden, it is located in a residential area of Cagnes sur mer 2 steps from the city center, close to public transport, 800 m from the beaches, and 4 km from the airport.

Vence, Côte d'Azur between sea and mountain

Vence is a nice town with all the amenities, The city center and buses are within a 15-minute walk. the nearest sea is at Cagnes-sur-Mer, the Col de Vence is 15 minutes by car, hikes and horse or pony rides with superb views. In the area, the Oceanographic Museum of Monaco, 3 parks are in Villeneuve-Loubet, visit the pretty villages of Saint-Jeannet and Tourrettes-sur-Loup too!!! The landscapes are beautiful and overlook the sea.
