It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. A typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trail awaits you. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. Motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station is about 7 km. From there, you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The 1st floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the period of your stay. Since the summer of 2001, we have been delighted to welcome our guests, from the family with children, through nature lovers to the assembly worker, everyone who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms on about 60 m². Equipment: 2 living rooms, kitchen/living room, bath/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/W-LAN, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are just as welcome guests as your pet. Our nice apartment is located 10 minutes from the center of Roermond and outlet center and has all the comforts. It features a spacious bedroom with Norma box spring beds, a luxurious bathroom (including washing machine) and sunny living room with open kitchen equipped with all equipment. Also a supermarket, bakery, eateries, pub and marina are all within a radius of 100 meters. Also suitable for business stays with a good wifi connection.

everything great! 10 min from Maastricht. Securely fenced with a digital lock. Whole park with tiny houses and glamping. Everything is very nicely arranged with plants and lights. Private hot tub, with privacy screen. Easy check-in and check-out. We were out of season and it was very quiet. Beautiful accommodation as in the photos. We'll be back.

The small garden was wonderful for relaxing and not visible to other people. Bernd is a great host and very attentive to the well-being of his guests. I will be happy to come back. Check-in was great, the key was ready, which I personally always prefer. We felt very comfortable. Communication was flawless and possible at any time. With a dog, everything was no problem, even that he once barked, there was none and there is a large hallway for walking. Parking is right in front of the house, only the entrance and exit is a little tricky for people who are not used to it the first time. Otherwise, you can also mention for those who do not check on Google Maps beforehand that the property is located on a main country road. That means traffic and even roaming cars at night. Those who are sensitive should take earplugs with them. Otherwise, it is very quiet and relaxed. The property is also big enough for 3 people and a medium sized dog. There is a sofa and a double bed to sleep. And otherwise also roughly everything you need, if not you can write with Vivian and Julian at any time.
