Monthly Rentals in Venice

The house is really cool! It’s old and they have done a beautiful job of renovating and still keeping the charm of an old building. The place is decorated and the lights are bright- we had fun taking photos in the space! The space was warm and cozy…. They even left some fresh eggs in the fridge for us! Thank you!!!

We had a great experience at Brandon’s place. The apartment was very clean, location was great, and the extra amenities (coffee supplies, washer/dryer) were appreciated. We had a lovely stay and I would recommend this place to anyone.

We absolutely loved staying in this apartment. We chose it over other options because it has so much character, with high ceilings, a private back porch in the midst of the busy citg, and lots of good books to read. Kathleen and John were excellent hosts, very responsive and going above and beyond to help us out with whatever. Great for a long term or a short term stay!

We couldn’t be happier with our stay! Melissa goes above and beyond and is a wonderful host. We hope to book again in the future!
