Relax on the terrace and take in its generous views over the landscape, take a dip in your own private pool, open late May-Sept, or stroll through the vines and woodlands that are both equally abundant in the area.

Cette maison familiale qui a été rénovée en 2021 est idéale pour passer d'agréables vacances sans avoir à prendre la voiture, tout est accessible à pied ou à vélo. La plage est 7 min à pied, les commerces à 2 min, le marché, balades en forêt, tennis, golf, zoo, accrobranche, boulodrome, spa, restaurants, parcs d'attractions, pistes cyclables, base nautique, etc... This authentic wine cellar located in the heart of the northern Médoc, 17 km from the beaches, offers an atypical living space of 800 m2 containing our home and a 215 m2 cottage. You will have three air-conditioned bedrooms each with a shower room and separate toilet, a huge living room with equipped kitchen. Finally, separating you from our home, you will find a game room with an American pool table and… A skate bowl! Bikes and surfboards can also be provided.
