Our apartment is located 10 minutes walk from Menton train station and shops, and old town. Reserved carpark in the basement. Large 50m2 apartment with living room, American kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with reading corner or single bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Well insulated with double windows and reversible air conditioning.

The apartment, by the sea, has a large balcony of 15m2 equipped with a dining area and 2 sunbeds. The living room, kitchen, and bedroom have direct access to the balcony. The toilets are separate. Many closets provide ample storage space. The building has 2 accesses, one on the beach (a road to cross), the other towards the city. These accesses are secure (key+ access code). The basement garage of the building is also secured and the parking space can be locked.

This is my third flat I have on Airbnb. Everything is brand new inside the apartment as seen in the pictures. The good thing about this flat is that it has the kitchen separate from the room. The apartment is located on 3rd floor and it has 2 big windows. The building is very quiet as are very few apartments in the building. There is an elevator in the building too.
