Wonderful apartment with large terrace on the beautiful beach of Cava dell'Isola, where you can enjoy sensational sunsets and dine while being caressed by the sound of the sea. Well furnished and comfortable, it is spread over 2 levels and boasts 3 bathrooms, 3 sea view bedrooms and a large living room with adjoining kitchen overlooking the sea. The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

Two-room apartment in villa, with independent access, consisting of a bedroom with double bed, a living room with sofa and armchair and upon request you can add a single bed for both the third guest and for those who want to sleep separately, a kitchen and bathroom with shower and laundry, suitable for three people, for couples and solo adventurers. The accommodation is served by a panoramic terrace. Beyond the terrace there is also a portion of the garden with a lawn and a masonry shower.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: THERE ISN’T WI-FI Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

Elegantly renovated apartment on the port of Ischia with immediate access (less than a 1-minute walk) to the ticket office and the respective ferry and hydrofoil boarding areas. The strategic position it enjoys allows walking distance to the bus station, the main street of the island, the historic center of Ischia Ponte, as well as the various clubs and restaurants typical of the island's nightlife located on the Right Bank of the port.

The apartment is a stone's throw from the sea, from chiaiolella beach, where you can enjoy the sun from dawn to dusk!Nearby there are all the main services from the restaurant to the supermarket and many other small shops . The house is also very well connected to all other areas of the island. My accommodation is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with children) and furry friends (pets).

The villa has a large garden and there are no stairs. The beach is just outside of the gate (right across the street). Accessories: a beach umbrella, beach chairs. Charming one-bedroom apartment with kitchenette, located in the historic center of Ischia Ponte, on Via Seminario, with special attention to guest comfort. Just a few steps from the sea, both free and equipped beaches, and the Aragonese Castle. Very close to all the essential services for a pleasant stay. The house is located in the charming village of Sant'Angelo d'Ischia, a ten-minute walk from its center. It is spacious, fresh, bright and with a sea view. It is, as the crow flies, on a beautiful rock with access to the sea that can be reached in a moment (it is only about ten steps from the door of the house). NB. No visitors allowed
