We stayed 4 nights and we enjoyed every moment. The property is very unique. It is a detached apartment on a lot of a huge historic vila. We loved the most the terrace with the lake and garden view. Having breakfast and watching the lake was unforgettable There was a wedding one night and we can not say that we felt the noise at all The hosts were very nice and welcoming, they invited us to a family hosted event with BBQ and music

Die Wohnung ist super schön und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Lage ist zwar direkt an der Straße und die Parkplätze sind ein paar Schritte entfernt aber das ist nicht weiter schlimm. Hunde sind gut aufgehoben! Es wurden uns sogar extra zwei Hundekörbe in die Wohnung gestellt! Sehr nett!

Die Zimmer liegen direkt am Lago. Kurz über die Straße, ist man an der eigenen Bar inkl. Boot& SUP Verleih & 2 Liegen pro Zimmer!. Check-In sowie Check Out liefen total freundlich & schnell ab, ebenso die komplette Kommunikation was alles andere betrifft via. Whatsapp! Das Frühstück am Lago direkt was man dazu buchen kann (10€) kann ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen! Die Zimmer sind klein und nicht die modernsten. War uns aber überhaupt nicht wichtig, Bett & Kissen waren ok. Gesamtpaket für einen Kurzurlaub kann ich definitiv empfehle, ebenso derTipp das Angebot mit den 40 PS zu buchen. Gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Wohnung im kleinen Ort Ghiffa mit toller Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore. Die Ausstattung der Möbel und vor allem der Küche ist sehr modern und bietet alles was man braucht. Der Wein als Willkommensgeschenk hat uns sehr gefreut. Die Kommunikation mit Eugenia und Pavel war unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Für einen Urlaub zu viert gerade perfekt. Zu fünft bzw. sechst nicht ideal, da das Wohnzimmer nicht räumlich abgetrennt ist. Einzig die Klimaanlage ist nur im Wohnzimmer vorhanden. Die Luft zirkuliert nicht so gut in die Schlafzimmer, weshalb es bei sommerlichen Temperaturen im obersten Geschoss sehr warm werden kann (Tipp: Fensterläden geschlossen halten). Wir werden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Der Kontakt war immer sehr freundlich und man hat schnelle Antwort bekommen.Wir würden Herzlichen in Empfang genommen. Wir kommen wieder 😀

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Unterkunft in Arona. Die Wohnung war genau so, wie wir es uns gewünscht hatten – sie war sauber, gut ausgestattet und hat alles geboten, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigt haben. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, und auch während der gesamten Zeit war der Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar, hat schnell und freundlich auf alle kleinen Fragen reagiert und war durchweg hilfsbereit. Das hat uns ein sehr gutes Gefühl gegeben und den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Die Lage war für uns ideal für Ausflüge zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto. Insgesamt hat es uns großen Spaß gemacht, und wir können die Unterkunft mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

El alojamiento era de ensueño. Con vistas al lago , que estaba al pie de la casa. Te sentias como en casa, ya que tenia cualquier cosa que pudieras necesitar. Dos terrazas, dos baños, tres alturas. La mas alta con balcon y vistas al lago. No podriamos haber estado mejor. Preciosos muebles de madera de época, que guardaban su olor antiguo y seguro que su historia.

Das Appartement ist einer schönen Anlage gelegen. Fussläufig sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants zu erreichen. In der Anlage befindet sich ein toller Park mit großem Pool. Das Appartement selbst verfügt über alles was man braucht - lediglich eine Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden.

When we arrived, Giuseppe and his wife showed us the apartment, which was really kind. The apartment has everything you need and more: kitchen with not only a stove but also an oven and a dishwasher, bathroom with a washing machine and an exceptional shower, AC in the living room and bedroom. We hardly ever used the AC since the apartment has a private terrasse, which we enjoyed very much and where had all our meals! The terrasse has a cover which kept us cool even when it was hot outside. The location of the apartment is perfect: 20 min panoramic walk along the Lago Maggiore to the center of Stresa, 5 min walk to the ferry which takes you to Isola Bella and the other islands. We absolutely recommend staying here and would definitely book again!

L'appartement est propre et bien tenu, dans un quartier calme, un peu à l'écart du centre-ville. Il y a un embarcadère pour les îles Borromées juste en bas de la colline, en suivant la route qui descend depuis l'église. L'appartement est bien équipé et le jardin est très agréable. Marco a été très accueillant, réactif à nos messages et ses instructions sont très claires. Notre séjour a été très agréable et nous gardons l'adresse pour notre prochain séjour au Lac Majeur.

Sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Tolle Lage, direkt am See. Schöner Pool mit Whirlpool. Einzig das WLAN ist nicht wirklich vorhanden. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder die Wohnung mieten. Danke für Alles

Alles war super. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit vor Ort. Den Pool hatten wir fast die ganze Zeit für uns alleine. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich.

Einen großen und herzlichen Dank an Emilio für die wundervolle Woche, die wir in seiner Ferienwohnung und auf dem Campingplatz verbringen durften! Manchmal sind Zufallsfunde doch die besten Funde :-) Wir könnten jetzt die gleichen Dinge aus den bisherigen positiven Bewertungen alle wiederholen, machen es aber kurz und bestätigen hiermit alles bisher geschriebene! Aber trotzdem möchten wir nochmals neben der tadellosen Ferienwohnung, die außerordentlich saubere und sehr schöne Umgebung, genauer gesagt den Campingplatz inkl. dem super (großen) Pool und mit allem was der Campingplatz sonst noch zu bieten hat und an den die Ferienwohnung angegliedert ist, hervorheben. Wir hoffen, dass wir in naher Zukunft nochmals die Möglichkeit haben werden dort unseren Pfingsturlaub zu verbringen!

Alles war super wir kommen wieder! Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern da, die Umgebung mit Park und Pool direkt am See Ist perfekt. Für das Abendessen kann man mit dem Auto nach Campione oder Bissone. Für den täglichen Bedarf hat es in der nähe ein Coop. Auch super als Ausgangsziel für Ausflüge nach Lugano, Como oder Locarno! 5 Sterne gerne wieder!

Das Appartement entsprach 4-5 Sternen. Modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Küchenausstattung war vollständig ausgestattet inkl Kaffeemaschine, Nespresso, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Induktionskochfeld, Gefrierschrank...alles da. Es gab als Willkommensgruß Zwieback, Marmeladen, Butter, Milch, Nespressokapseln, Wein, Cracker, Öl und Essig. Spülmaschinentabs, Servietten, Zewa...einfach alles vorhanden. Im Bad gibt es Waschmaschine und Trockner. Strandtücher sind auch verfügbar. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert super und ist leise. Das Wohnzimmer ist groß und hat einen tollen Seeblick. Es gibt Netflix. Im Haus sind auch Strandliegen, Sonnenschirm, Bollerwagen und Fahrräder verfügbar. Das einzige Manko: der Balkon ist klein und man kann nur zu zweit dort sitzen.

We loved staying here! The balcony was perfect for morning coffee and breakfast, and great for an evening glass of wine The neighborhood is so cute, with a great cafe a couple blocks away, and a restaurant with fantastic steak Florentine just next door. The boat to the islands is just diagonal from the home. Perfect location!

We have had a wonderful week at Marta's apartment. The apartment was as described, immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The garden area is secure and peaceful. Stresa is a pleasant 15 minute walk. There are restaurants to suit all budgets. Marta and her family made us very welcome. Value for money, we can highly recommend. Thank you Marta and family for a wonderful week full of lovely memories.

We enjoyed our time at Liz's lakefront condo. The views of Lake Maggiore from the living room/dining room and balcony are stunning. The location is peaceful, less crowded than the Piedmont side of the lake (Arona, Stresa, etc) but still has plenty to offer: good restaurants, historical sites, a beautiful promenade, and ferry service. The condo's private beach hadn't yet opened for the season during our stay. The listing and pictures are accurate. The unit is spotless and cozy with a decent kitchen, smart TV, and super comfortable bed. Our free parking spot was across the street next to the condo's private beach. Liz and her husband Alessandro are friendly, gracious, responsive and helpful hosts. They greeted us upon arrival and showed us where everything was and how things worked in the condo. They also had good suggestions for places to eat and visit. Liz checked in with us a few times during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

A great relaxing location on the waterfront. Our host Mafalda was very attentive and made sure our stay was exactly as we wanted. We enjoyed the private balcony next to the water with sun beds and outdoor furniture. The 2 sunshades were very good to have. We also rented a boat through Mafalda which was of top quality and well maintained. It was a great way to see the lake and the attractions she pointed out to us. Please note the apartment does not have air conditioning however, the bedroom has an oscillating fan, and, as there were no mosquitoes we were able to have the terrace doors open all night. It was not an issue for us. A 5 minute walk to Feriolo gives you access to a myriad of cafes and restaurants of varying price and service. Thank you Mafalda for a great experience. A beautiful place right by Lake Orta. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing stay. So idyllic to be able to sit on the private dock. I swam every day. Only a few minutes walk from the Oira ferry, which takes you to Orta San Giulio.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Silvia, il est extrêmement bien équipé, bien situé et nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions qui nous attendaient ( tout pour le petit déjeuner...). D’autre part, la présence d'un kayak et de vélos est un vrai plus, ainsi que la place de parking privative. Silvia est une hôte serviable, discrète et très sympathique.Nous recommandons chaleureusement ce logement.

The place really is a small paradise and it provides everything you need. The host is very friendly and always helpful. We enjoyed our stay there to its fullest and can only recommend it. The view on the lake is breathtaking and the garden underlines a feeling of harmony as well as mystical atmosphere. The restaurant nearby is also quite recommendable. Thank you indeed for this lovely experience. 🥰
