The house is located in the Ticino Regional Park, an ideal place to relax, and a perfect starting point for your exploration of our beautiful region. 15 minutes from Lake Maggiore and not far from other charming lakes such as Lakes Orte, Mergozzo, Monate and Varese. One hour from the wonderful Lake Como and the unmissable city of Milan. 40 min away from Rho fiera (motorway and rail)

Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Cascina Ronco dei Lari - the Tower - Lake Maggiore

On the hills, among woods, meadows, cultivated fields and fruit trees, inside the Ticino Park, stands the Cascina Ronco dei Lari, which origins date back to 1700, renovated in 2022. You can appreciate the calm of the place, immerse yourself in nature, practice sports and enjoy moments of rural life just a stone's throw from Lake Maggiore and 40 minutes from Milan. It will be possible to benefit from the Cascina products such as berries, jams, juices, saffron, honey and vegetables.

Casa Martina is a cosy, recently renovated 70 m² flat, tastefully furnished and fully equipped flat in the centre of Somma Lombardo, in a quiet area at the foot of the Visconti castle, just a few minutes from Milan Malpensa Airport. In the immediate vicinity, you can use a reserved covered parking space or free public parking.Shops, bars, restaurants and the railway station are just a short walk away, from where you can reach Milan in 45 minutes and Lake Maggiore in 20.

In the center of Dagnente, a tiny hamlet of Arona in the hills of Vergante, the lake in front and behind the woods and mountains, is the Asilo Infantile Don Luigi Bellotti. A stone house built at the end of the 18th century, whose restoration was completed in 2017, perfect for those looking for peace and tranquility, but also an ideal base to visit the Maggiore and Orta lakes and the Ossola, Formazza valleys and other places of cultural and naturalistic interest.
