Second-floor, 2-bedroom apartment, on-site parking for two (passenger-size) vehicles. No garage space is available. No pets and no smoking. Two queen beds. Smart TV, but no cable (guests use their own passwords). Front-door access has evening lighting with a lockbox for self-check-in. Washer/dryer are available off-site (coin-operated, located in adjacent apartment building - key to access provided). Occasional and limited train noise from 1/4 plus miles away. Our office is on the 1st floor.

We have WiFi, Hulu Plus, and Disney channels, L-shaped desk for working, access to firepit upon request. Pets are welcome.

It features a queen-sized bed, bath and full custom kitchen along with a smart TV and Wi-Fi. . A park-like yard with a stone fireplace and solar installation awaits. This country property features self contained utilities including a water well, sanitation and electricity. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens and baked goods from our farm kitchens.

Welcome to our BoHo Studio! One block from Sandusky Bay waterfront, The Montgomery, built in the late 1800's, is located in heart of Sandusky's downtown historic district. The Boho Studio @ The Montgomery is cozy space with an eclectic artsy vibe. This space is outfitted with meditation pillows, games, vinyl record player. The Montgomery has an outdoor community courtyard and literally steps away from a variety of restaurants, shopping, activities, and culture.

We just purchased this amazing property in March. It is conveniently located 35 minutes from both Cedar Point and Cleveland. Beautiful Lakeview Beach is 12 minutes away. You will be staying in the adorable, second floor studio apartment with a private porch and entrance. Plaz Vilka Beachfront Cottage #3 is a Quaint cottage located on Lake Erie, close to Cedar Point Amusement Park. Walk in the water sandy beach, terraced decks to view magnificent sunsets and Lake Erie. Campfire ring for making s'mores, firewood provided. A perfect place to unwind. Nearby is the nautical town of Vermilion, with shops and restaurants. Rates taxed 13.75% (OH sales & Erie Co lodging combined). Seasonal rental from May 1st thru October 31st.

The Cottage

Intimate, modern, and well-lit, The Cottage is a charming 400 square feet. With a back yard surrounded by Eastern Redbud trees, it is a clean and private space only 3 blocks from the center of town. Guests can unwind in peace or head downtown for more excitement. A well-scrubbed floor, a snug bed, a hot shower, all manner of breakfast sundries and a full kitchen awaits your leisure.
