E' un casale dell’800 recentemente ristrutturato rispettando le caratteristiche storiche con travi in legno e pavimenti in cotto. La villa è immersa in oliveti e vigneti e dispone di una piscina (12x6) con acqua salata, un luogo tranquillo dove trascorrere una vacanza in tranquillità.

Single villa with large private garden, parking for three cars, the sea can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Ideal for accommodating multiple families or groups of friends. On the ground floor, the spacious living area opens onto a large veranda overlooking the garden. On the first floor in the sleeping area, there are five of the six bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large terrace with deck chairs and sun loungers.

VILLA GIOMA - Completely renovated country house

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.
