The apartment is a separate part of our home. It is 50 m2 and consists of a combined TV room and kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee and dishwasher. The door to our part of the house will be closed and locked during the rental period and the apartment has its own entrance. Beds are made and towels are available at check-in.

The cabin is located in a quiet cabin area on Kirkøy, Hvaler. Short walking distance to Skjærhalden, a settlement, and about 30 minutes from Fredrikstad. The property has sun from morning to evening, with several nice outdoor spaces. Choose between sun or shade, depending on your preference. The cabin is practically furnished and easy to keep in order. Everything is easily accessible, both during the stay and for cleaning upon departure. This is a place for quiet and pleasant stays. Please note: This is NOT a party cottage!

You must expect to hear noise from the upper floor. You cannot be sensitive to sound. You will be living in walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shoppingand cultural events. The house has sea views from the windows and nice patios. 5.5 km to the center of Fredrikstad about 20 min by bike. There is also a ferry rental 800 meters from the house, with a free ferry that can take you to Kråkerøy, Centrum and Gamlebyen 3 times an hour. About 10 min walk from the house.

Here you live in lovely nature and only 4.2 km from Strömstad city center. The house has separate buildings for bedroom, kitchen/living room and toilet. 2 flat-screen TVs with built-in Chromecast. The sleeping areas are divided into 2 wonderful single beds in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the kitchen area. Close to the beach, golf, and shopping at the Norwegian border, etc.
