It was such a good experience it was such a beautiful and modern house with a nice view and such a relaxing living room with us super friendly family and caring with a very good location close to everything.

Maryse was awesome - very friendly and communicative. The villa was also fantastic - clean, comfortable, beautiful and great views of the sea. Highly recommended!

Thank you very much for the wonderful time at your terrific villa. This place exceeded our expectations: it is highly equipped, modern, beautiful, and cozy. The view and the garden are just stunning. We were choosing among several other villas, and we were definitely lucky to stay here. You truly feel at home. Every detail in this place is filled with great attention, soul, and love. The only small point was with the heated pool — although we paid for it in cash, the water (including at the supply holes) remained chilly, so we couldn’t tell or proof if it was actually heated. Other than that, it’s really impressive how well you take care of this villa. We were two families, six people in total, and a small dog. The direct access from the bedrooms to the garden was a perfect feature for our little fluffy friend. Thanks once again for your hospitality and thanks a lot for making our stay so enjoyable! 🤗

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

Very nice couple offering this accommodation. Quiet and nice view. Our family of three had a great time here. Nice beaches and worth going up to the old town. Highly recommended to come here.

Cyril’s place was perfection! Honestly the photos weren’t as good as reality! He was super friendly and responsive and Berangere (the woman checking us in) was so kind and helpful. The house was spacious, beautifully appointed and in such a lovely location. We could walk to Vence center and access everything we needed but the property was so peaceful and beautiful. It fit my parents, my husband and myself, and our two young children comfortably. I can’t wait to return!

Renee's villa is absolutely beautiful: the location, the amenities, the gardens and outdoor areas, pool and privacy were all superb. There was a major power outage in Southern France while we were there and we were well prepared with the candles and flashlights provided in the villa. The proximity to the surrounding beautiful small villages as well as the Mediterranean coastal towns of Nice, Antibes, Eze, etc. provides a wide choice of sight-seeing, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, beaches, history and art. I would suggest all renters read her book of instructions and suggestions thoroughly at the start of their stay, as there is important information to make your stay more comfortable and without problems.

We spent a week to celebrate my birthday in June. What an amazing stay! The villa is so charming, well equipped, cosy and practically equipped. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful, and soo beautiful. Corinne was helpful and attentive, whenever we had a question.

We had such a nice stay. The place has stunning views and great amenities. Walking distance to the city center. Fully equipped. We were given super good recommendations for things to visit and do. Both the host and the manager were super friendly, polite and proactive. Overall we had a great time and would love visiting again!

The scenery is very, very good, you can see the beautiful sea view, it is a very perfect holiday home, every bedroom has a sea view, I like it very much, very satisfied, a very unforgettable and wonderful stay

We loved our stay at Notre Dames des Fleurs. The house is in a stunning setting - with great views from every carefully-placed seat in the garden. It's private and quiet, even though it's within easy reach of all the amenities of Grasse. The kitchen and utility room are well-equipped, and the bedrooms are all a good size - with great beds and plenty of en-suite bathrooms. The swimming pool is fabulous - big enough for the kids to play games while the adults lounge on inflatables. The extensive gardens provide lots of shade and a variety of places to sit and relax. We loved picking figs from the trees to add to our lunch. The hosts are welcoming, friendly and easy to contact, striking the right balance of making sure we had a good holiday and leaving us to get on with it.

We had a lovely stay at Pierre's house! There were good facilities, both with barbecue, volleyball, table tennis, etc. ☺️ It was super clean and cozy. The house is located in lovely quiet surroundings with a lovely garden and pool 🌟 Pierre was really friendly and welcoming! No complaints here, 10/10 🤗

Great place for children, adults and grandparents that can be placed in a separate little house😉 The pool was heated and lovely to bathe even in the month of April. Great to have lunch under the olive tree and dinner at the long table with barbecue and views🙌 Definitely recommended.

We really Trully had an amazing time. The house was equipped with everything we needed.. The outside area the pool, the outdoor kitchen and bathroom the outdoor living room truly amazing. The host was incredible. She welcomed us and left us a lot of yummy food, snacks, fruits, bottles of wine and beers. Great attention to detail. Prime location. We have 1000% recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The house, the garden, the location - everything was perfect for us. We wanted the relaxation and serenity and this villa matched that perfectly. Everything is so beautifully set up and the house and interior has great character. We loved to be able to play with kids in the garden which is very spacious and gave everyone great family moments. The location was great to take day trips to amazing cities. But our favorite is Valbonne village and it is something else - only few minutes walking distance and you are in one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen. When you are there walking these narrow streets, you just want to stay there forever. Wished we could have stayed longer but it gave us great memories, and we are very likely to be back. Enjoyed stay In St Paul de Vence.. The Airbnb is bright and peaceful. In current era of maps on phone the back narrow roads make such Airbnbs an easy option. The house itself had large windows in every room with the eating area and master being the highlights. Travelled with small dog who loved the large yard. The local grocery store Le Clerc a 5 minute drive down the hill was amazing – so we cooked in house and ate al la fresco. Lots of space and Airbnb is fully equipped. Also found the location in St. Paul de Vence ideal -- nice neighborhood -- not too far up the the hill and close to grocery store, large local mall, and up the hill arts and restaurants. Going it is often difficult to judge locations. Thank you to Jean who was available to help with any questions.

Beautiful home in the hills overlooking Nice. Our host was very helpful and gracious, and the pool was spotless. Would highly recommend!

Very nice place to stay with small private and well-kept garden. The pool is amazing. We felt completely comfortable and therefore even extended. Everything there that makes a vacation. Coralie and her mother are very friendly. The only drawback: the beds are too hard for our feeling. But that's complaining to a high standard. I'm sure we'll be back.
