Holiday rentals with a patio in Vétraz-Monthoux

I was in the apartment for a week and I felt at home, a spacious apartment with a nice energy, we were very comfortable, clean and well located, close to everything, its location is perfect, Tony is a great host, he arrived before the city and let me arrive before, very kind and specific and clear with all the information of the apartment, I recommend this accommodation! I would return without hesitation

We loved the house and the location (near the lake and the beach) in a quiet, natural setting. We met Nadine and her husband, very pleasant and receptive to all requests. I highly recommend a stay in Excenevex.

The air bnb was great! Super clean, very spacious and great location. Just something to keep in mind in case you have trouble walking/ physical ailments -- you need to climb up and down a very steep hill to get into town. It can be tiring especially in the heat. Other than that, the space itself was lovely! The host also answered super quickly. Great experience overall.

We booked this place last minute and couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Rhys was kind, friendly, and super responsive, making the entire experience—from check-in to check-out—smooth and stress-free. The studio is in a fantastic central location, with everything you need just a 2–3 minute walk away. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful 🥰 Parking (paid) was spacious and easy to access, and the basement caddies were super handy for bringing our things upstairs. Despite being in the heart of the city, the studio was peaceful and quiet. There’s a small kitchenette—great for heating food or making light meals. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would love to come back!

Fantastic stay at Chalet Chez Lucienne Chez Lucienne is a beautiful chalet, with all the comforts. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed and given an extensive tour. The chalet was sparkling clean and exuded pure luxury. We have fully enjoyed the sauna and the jacuzzi. The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a fridge-freezer with ice maker, a dishwasher and almost every kitchen appliance you can think of. The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds, and the showers with rain shower ensure a wonderful start or end to the day. The host was incredibly friendly and always available. The sandwich service was also ideal. In addition, the ski bus is around the corner, making it easy and fast to the ski resort. We would like to thank the host very much for this fantastic stay and hope to definitely come back again in the future! Family Spijkers

The home is beautiful with a breathtaking view. James was very responsive and friendly both before we arrived at the accommodation and once we were settled in. The accommodation is not easy to find but thanks to James' explanations we had no difficulty. The accommodation is very well arranged, very well equipped and is perfect for small children thanks to the safety barriers. I would this property.

Very pleasant stay at the foot of Pointe des Brasses! Peaceful terrace and garden. Very refreshing holidays. Lots of board games and books available in case of bad weather or to stay quiet at home.

We had a great stay! The accommodation was clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped. The location is ideal, quiet while still close to amenities. The host was very responsive and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We'll be happy to go back!

Stephanes house is ideal for families who want to spend their holidays and feel like home. Its easy to find and very close to all the ski resorts. The owners are very friendly and willing to give an ly kind of information. I would recommend this place and next time i ll visit again.

we spent the weekend of the ascent under the sun facing Mont Blanc , the chalet is in a very quiet area with splendid views. It is very functional with a typical Savoyard decor. Thanks to Theo for the quality brought to this place. We'd love to come back.

We had a great time, very comfortable beds, everything perfect. Very useful coffee machine and kettle, with everything you need to use them. Very convenient parking space and lake, restaurants and funicular less than 10 minutes from the house. We will definitely return, also because we felt welcomed with care by Stephanie, who was always very helpful with advice.

We had a very nice stay at Nino's place. The garden is welcoming and large, sunny, with plenty of shade, so our dog always had a nice place to rest. Our child also had a lot of fun, especially with the great children's books. The apartment is very well maintained and clean. Nino was always available as a host and very friendly. We were very nicely received, so we felt right at home. All in all, everything was fine, thank you very much!

The place was super clean and the hot tub with the view was overwhelming! The hosts were very friendly. We had a lovely stay!

Clear etaieny instructions, description faithful to the property. Only a 10-minute walk to a sublime swimming area. The little bemole is the access to the parking lot in high season it makes you park 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation. I really recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s an easy walk to the Super Morzine lift and bus stop if you want to go to the Prodains. The pleney isn’t too far either. The bus for Ardent is just over the bridge also. There’s plenty of restaurants nearby like Bertine, Chaudanne and Le Local Morzine. Hubert sports have got lockers downstairs for 10 euros per day if you prefer to leave your skis there after you’ve finished.

Our stay at Natalia's place was just great! The apartment was very clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped. The location was quiet and ideal for our stay. Natalia was a very kind and helpful host who was always quick to respond to our questions. We felt like at home and would recommend their place at any time. Very cosy traditional spacious apartment that feels like a home. Attentive, flexible, warm host who provided nice snacks and drinks so even late-arrival guests don’t go hungry. Arzier is a village of outstanding scenic beauty - Mont Blanc, Matterhorn and Lake Geneva view. 10min train ride to Saint Cergue for skiing. 30min train to Nyon, 1h to Geneva. Very friendly locals including Denner supermarket staff who were very helpful compared to the staff in the bigger towns. Unusually Denner is open half day on Sundays. Don’t miss the amazing boulangerie by Julian Manska - open 630 am and 7pm with beautiful food and great coffee.

A perfect week in Morzine. We had such a great week in Natalia’s apartment, perfect location and such an ideal set up for our family. Homely but stylish. The kitchen was also so well equipped, had everything you needed and more! Thank you so much for having us, we’d love to return at some point.

Fabulous place , friendly host ,within walking distance of the best boulangerie in the area ,the beach ,the lake and the local restaurants , on a voie verte , with parking , super garden for outdoor eating , lovely accommodation . Hope to go there again if we need accommodation in the area
