The beautiful 'Le Petit Chateau', at 'La Tuilerie de la Roussie', originally built in 1551 is entirely yours to enjoy. Ideally situated on the bank of the River Vézere in the pre-historic area known as the 'Vallée de L'Homme' between the fascinating town of Les Eyzies and market town of Le Bugue. To explore the area we offer FREE use of mountain bikes and a kayak*, there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. Or simply relax around the heated swimming pool on luxury sun loungers.

Animal parks, Gardens, Natural sites, Panoramic landscapes,… My accommodation is close to the exceptional view, art and culture and parks. This recently restored boathouse will give you a real switch off from the modern world feel, no tv or wifi to complicate things, just birdsong and views across the lake. Sleep up in the bedroom or on the extremely comfortable sofabed if climbing the stairs is not for you. Relax on the terrace, take a siesta in the hammock. Within 1hr of the Dordogne, numerous chateaux at 20 mins as well as some lovely local villages. Come and unwind.

Het huis is geschikt voor 6 personen. 3 slaapkamers waarvan 1 'bedstee' met ieder een eigen badkamer. Een heerlijke zithoek met houtkachel en een moderne uitgeruste keuken. De glazen façade geeft een fantastisch uitzicht over de vallei. Bakker er kruidenier in het dorp. Om te onthaasten is dit de plek!

Marc's House in Maine: country chic

Ideally located in the center of Périgord and all the sites that make it rich, our house, La Maison de Marc, is an outbuilding of one of the most beautiful estates in Périgord, La Chartreuse du Maine. As in the 18th century, everything here exudes peace, harmony and beauty. Located in the middle of nature, it is the perfect place to recharge and explore the beautiful Dordogne-Périgord region. We converted this former farmhouse into a luxury home.

Cottage on the edge of a pond and river (Vézère), composed of living room, equipped kitchen, bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Private garden, barbecue available, parking. Quiet location, surrounded by nature, close to all amenities (5 min from shopping malls). Numerous tourist activities in the vicinity: walks, museums, sports... The cottage is located on a plot of land comprising two houses (one of which I occupy) as shown in the last photo.

A short break by the fire in a natural and romantic setting entirely dedicated to nature (included: sheets, bath towels, dish towels, soap, household products, breakfast on reservation). Old mill (wheelchair accessible) and private parking. If there is a place of excellence for calm and rejuvenation, it is undoubtedly with us.
