Ocean front West Coast retreat located 40 meters above the surf, bordering China Beach. Enjoy beach fires, forest walks, hiking, mushroom forging and surfing. A short intermediate trail besides the cabin will take you down to the beach. The 560 square foot cabin is set back on the property, offering spectacular panoramic views of the Juan de Fuca Straight and the Olympia Mountains. Cozy up by the wood fire in this cozy cabin or have a bath in outdoor bathtub and enjoy the breathtaking views!

Unwind in this new one-bedroom self contained suite situated on a tranquil cul-de-sac in the prestigious Bear Mountain neighbourhood of Langford. You'll be just minutes away from a variety of amenities, including restaurants, hiking trails, lakes, golf course, Costco, pharmacies, grocery stores, a movie theatre, Galloping Goose trail and Goldstream Provincial Park. The suite offers over 500 square feet recently built with the latest design in construction, a full bathroom, laundry and dryer.

Cozy lower level space w/an ocean view, private entrance & patio. Great for couples. 5 mins from Cordova Bay beaches, Elk Lake, Mattick’s Farm, Gigis Deli & market, Adrienne's Restaurant, Cordova Bay Golf Course, Mount Douglas & more. 15 mins from the ferry & downtown (by car). Enjoy a king sized bed and a loveseat for watching TV. The loveseat is not big enough to sleep on. Pls inform me of any breakfast preferences. *Please note that the space has a lot of stairs to get to the house.

J&F placed a big emphasis on outdoor entertaining with a massive covered deck, the picnic table patio, & access to a cedar barrel sauna! Whether coming from close or far, you deserve it!

My name is Julie and I’m excited for you to stay in our lovely, large, private & secure studio, centrally location in Victoria. It’s your “comfort” home away from home❣️ Close to transit, UVic, Camosun College, Cedarhill Golf Course, shopping malls, restaurants. Less than 10 mins drive to Jubilee hospital. Easy self-check-in for your convenience (code entry). A very comfortable double sofa bed that easily closes for more space during the day. A kitchenette, just no stove/range.

Located within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants! 10min stroll gets you to gorgeous Elk Lake Park, 5min walk to Commonwealth leisure Center and 7min drive to Cordova beach.
