It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. A typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trail awaits you. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. Motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station is about 7 km. From there, you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The 1st floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the period of your stay. Since the summer of 2001, we have been delighted to welcome our guests, from the family with children, through nature lovers to the assembly worker, everyone who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms on about 60 m². Zur Autobahn (A 52) sind es 4 min., 15-20 min. bis Düsseldorf, zur Messe sowie nach Mönchengladbach. Im OG ist die vollausgestatte Küche, ein Duschbad, Diele sowie der helle, große Wohnraum (32qm) und angrenzender Loggia. Im DG befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Ausblick auf die Felder (Sonnenuntergang). Die Loggia (Südlage) mit Blick in den Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Make yourself at home. It is very spacious and offers space for up to 4 people, if you want. Find yourself in the clean space with comfortable on quality seating and bed. I use this apartment as my second place to stay or for when friends and family are visiting. So you shall not miss anything. Bright apartment with view of the countryside

The rooms (38 m²) are located on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living/sleeping room, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. Washer and dryer can be shared for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people are possible for an extra charge. Bookings can only be made with a verified ID.

Our apartment is conveniently located near Düsseldorf. With your car in about 12 to 25 minutes to Düsseldorf ,. approx. 30 minutes to Cologne Nevertheless, you do not have to give up relaxing nights, as we live very quietly. All shopping facilities are within walking distance. Thanks to your own kitchen, nothing stands in the way of a healthy and delicious start to the day. Look forward to your own rebuilt bathroom in 2022 to end a stressful day.
