Surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border is Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and neighbouring Leuth make Nettetal a state-recognized resort. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. A typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trail awaits you. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. Motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station is about 7 km. From there, you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The 1st floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the period of your stay. Since the summer of 2001, we have been delighted to welcome our guests, from the family with children, through nature lovers to the assembly worker, everyone who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms on about 60 m². Equipment: 2 living rooms, kitchen/living room, bath/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/W-LAN, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are just as welcome guests as your pet. Willich - Very bright apartment - 3 bedrooms

The apartment is about 75 square meters, was renovated in 2016, is bright and friendly. The open kitchen is new, equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is also a conservatory and a roof terrace. The apartment has good transport links to Düsseldorf, the exhibition grounds, Düsseldorf airport (A 44, A 52, A 57, A 61). Two restaurants are within walking distance. A supermarket is 2 km away. Very good bike paths from the front door on the Niers.

The rooms (38 m²) are on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living/sleeping room, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. The washing machine and dryer can be used for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people are possible for an extra charge. Bookings can only be made with a verified ID.

Signal Tower City

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

Stay on a Lower Rhine farm in our small, cozy accommodation. The apartment is bright and friendly and has been built with natural building materials. A terrace for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening awaits you. The picnic meadow in the shade of the trees is a place where children can romp around carefree. Our farm is rural and invites you to take walks along the Niers. We are therefore not easily accessible by public transport.

A short distance to the airport and Messe Düsseldorf. By metro or car in a few minutes to Düsseldorf city center and at the same time directly on the nature reserve of the Düsseldorf Rheinauen, only a few hundred meters from the Rhine. The Forsthaus is located in this unique prime location.

Hof Michiels (Apartment 4)

Our lovingly restored apartments are located in a former barn of our organic farm. The approximately 300-year-old farm is located in the middle of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette Nature Park. In the immediate vicinity is Lake Borner and Lake Harik. We cultivate permanent pasture with a suckler cow herd, consisting of approx. 20 animals that spend the summer in the pastures. Our farm is home to our friendly dog named Costa.

Vacation home Geni

Our vacation home is idyllically located between Nette and Niers on the left bank of the Lower Rhine, in the middle of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette Nature Park. It's the perfect base for a variety of leisure activities in a charming setting. The Geni vacation home is a lovingly renovated and modernly converted cottage from the 19th century and was awarded 4 stars by the German Tourism Association.

Vacation home on the Hagen

The vacation home on the Hagen is a rural small house (part of a two-family house) on a 5,000 sqm park-like property with numerous large trees such as walnut trees and various native fruit trees. It is located in the “Mittlere Niers” conservation area in a cul-de-sac with no direct neighbors. Surrounded by fields, meadows and streams, country life shows its pleasant side.
