Fabien's place is very cozy , the room is a little small but good it's just for sleeping, very well located quietly in nature at the foot of the golf course ,with its small pleasant terrace from where we can hear the sea in the distance. Close to Lac Marin and many bike paths where we enjoyed taking beautiful hikes around .

Charming and very comfortable apartment, very well-equipped, very close to the beach, ideal for two people! Very appreciable and also practical the few items already present in the apartment (oil, vinegar, toilet paper etc.) that you don't necessarily want to buy when you stay very little time. Samuel was an equally charming host, extremely responsive (when we arrived, he warned us that there was a problem with the toilet and the next morning a plumber came to fix the problem) and accommodating on the departure time. Samuel also gave us plenty of recommendations on things to see or do in the area. In short, we highly recommend it!

We had a great stay, just like last year. We didn't miss anything, the apartment is very well equipped and quiet. The bedding is excellent (especially after long bike rides). We sincerely recommend it and will be happy to come back.

Very well located accommodation towards the south beach. We left the car in the garage throughout the stay. surf bikes and bakery just downstairs from the building ideal for 2 people very nice hospitality.

Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The accommodation is incredibly well located, easy to access, with a splendid ocean view from the sofa! It is also very well equipped and functional, perfect for a short or long stay in Biarritz. Communication with the host and the clarity of the information shared were excellent. Staying with Lionel was really great. A cozy small apartment, with everything you need. We especially liked the balcony overlooking the golf course. My wife and I did a surf class there, the way to the beach is not far. We will be happy to come back.
