Light-flooded, renovated guest house on a 700sqm plot close to the center and the beach. Two separate entrances. We live on the same property in the house opposite and are happy to share our garden. Everything within 20 minutes walking distance. Cycle path and pine forest only a few minutes away. Garden with toys for the little guests. Tennis court, mini golf, skate park, playgrounds and the most famous surf spots in France are nearby. Rated 3 stars,not accessible for people with disabilities.

This spacious house was renovated to a high standard in winter21/22 and is fully furnished with high quality furniture, beds, and accessories including a Weber charcoal BBQ, Forge Adour hot plate BBQ, heated pool table soccer, ping-pong table, and a spa. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood only 1km from the centre of Vieux Boucau and the beach.

A few steps from the city center, between beach and forest, on the 1st floor of a small condominium: Large, bright, refurbished “duplex” studio, with sleeping area upstairs (low ceiling) You can enjoy a furnished outdoor area (garden table and chairs) in the courtyard of the condominium 2 adult bikes available (+ child bike seat, folding crib available on request) for a successful vacation! On the ground floor: 1 sofa bed (140 cm); upstairs: 2 beds (80 cm) or 1 bed (160 cm).
