Beautiful sauna cabin (floor area approx. 39 square meters) on the shore of the clear water of Valkealampi! It sleeps four people. The cottage has a sandy beach, in winter an ice hole. You can ice fish or fish in the summer. You can jump into the water from the lovely steam of the wood sauna. Relax in the tranquility of nature. Nearby you will find, among other things, Kontiolahti's ski slopes and trails, biathlon stadium, Paihola's frisbee golf course, summer café (about 6 km), Pielisjoki and Joensuu (21 km) and Koli National Park (about 54 km) services and activities!

Loiva, etelään aukeava hiekkaranta soveltuu hyvin lasten vesileikkeihin ja perheille on muutenkin paljon tekemistä mökillä ja lähialueella. Löytyypä meiltä myös trampoliini, nuotiopaikka ja vene. Tervetuloa lomailemaan! Mökki sijaitsee Saimaa by Cycle Pyhäselän kierros ja Liperi Leipäpitäjä -pyöräilyreittien varrella.

Tervetuloa viihtymään omatoimikohteeseemme (eli omat lakanat mukaan ja omien jälkien siivous). Tarjolla rivitalokaksio rauhallisessa yhtiössä Viinijärven keskustassa. Huoneistossa on olohuone, keittiö ja makuuhuone, jossa kaksi 80 cm vuodetta. Autopaikka löytyy viistosti ulko-oven edestä. Takapihalla on terassi ilta-aurinkoon ja rauhaisa nurminäkymä. Huoneistossa on viilentävä ilmalämpöpumppu. S-market 450m, matkalla ihastuttava PullaPulju-kahvila. Juna- ja bussiasemalle alle 1 km matka.

Höytiäisen rannalla olevassa mökissä saat viettää lomaa ainutlaatuisen järvimaiseman äärellä. Puulämmitteisessä saunassa on pehmeät löylyt ja näkymä järvelle. Lattialämmitys ja takka lämmittävät talvella. Ruuan valmistaminen Airfryerillä, mikrossa tai terassilla kaasugrillillä. Juomaveden saa suoraan keittiön hanasta. Vieraan käytössä on koko mökki, jossa nukkumatilat kahdelle, sauna, wc ja pieni keittiö. Ilmalämpöpumppu takaa sopivan sisälämpötilan. Keskustaan 13km. Ruokakauppoihin 8 km.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Grandma's cottage with sauna

A 100-year-old log cabin with amenities in the courtyard of the main house for year-round living. For guests staying several nights during the heating season, in addition to electricity, there is oven heating. Wood is ready, guidance or heating if needed. Good road connections. Outokumpu is about 10 minutes away and Joensuu is about 30 minutes away. Koli is about an hour away and Valamo Monastery is about 30 minutes away by car. In addition, there is a dog cage outside with a small hut.

In the villa Myllymäki, built on top of Myllymäki with my own hands, it is easy to relax and get close to nature while enjoying the magnificent scenery. A window the size of the entire end wall frames the magnificent lake landscape. The farm has about 40 hectares of forest for animal grazing, which guarantees easy and fine hiking terrain. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10 km by car or 6 km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.

Vaikka pieni, moderni ja tyylikäs saunatupa on osa asuttua pihapiiriämme, löydät täältä rauhaa, luontoa, yksityisyyttä ja ihanat maisemat. Vesistössä loistavat kalastusmahdollisuudet. Lisäksi kohde soveltuu erinomaisesti etätyöskentelyyn! Lahden uimaranta on matala ja sopii hyvin lapsille. Käytössä soutuvene ja SUP-lauta. Kalastukseen vuokrattavissa moottori veneeseen. Omat liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet tuotava mukana.
