Shops, hiking areas, restaurants in the vicinity. 25 minutes by car to Dyreparken and 15 minutes by car to Kristiansand city center. 2 minutes by car to Moseidmoen sports ground, and 4 minutes to Vennesla city center. We rent a home in rural and quiet surroundings, but still close to most major attractions in the south: Lillesand (20 min), Grimstad (35 min) and Kristiansand and the Zoo (about 30 min). The home is located in beautiful surroundings close to nature and in a vibrant agricultural environment with sheep, chickens, cows and cats. The area and the home are very child friendly. The accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood, half an hour from Sørlandsparken and Kristiansand Dyrepark by car. Bus to Kristiansand goes from Vennesla station (about 5min walking distance) 2 times an hour during the day and takes about 20 minutes. It is 10 minutes by car to Setesdalsbanen and great hiking opportunities nearby. Walking distance to the salmon leading part of the river Otra.

The road has a barrier at both ends. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed on request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.
