Cozy 50m2 loft with 2 bedrooms and living room with fireplace and modern kitchen is located on the third floor of a wooden building house (built in 1879) which is located on the Old Town's Special Conservation Zone, right in the centre of Viljandi and close to everything - cafés, lake and castle ruins. The house is freshly renovated and has central heating and modern ventilation but still with old details that are characteristic to Viljandi and adds a historic flutter and a little adventure.

Veeda meeldivalt aega Viljandi kesklinna modernses, aga õdusas korteris. Lossivaremed, kohvikud, hinnatud restoranid, teater, Viljandi järv ja ajalooline vanalinn - kõik on lühikese jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Korter asub kunagi Viljandi mõisa kompleksi kuulunud õllevabriku, hiljem õlle- ja limonaaditehase hoones. Kogu maja on renoveeritud aastal 2022. Sisekujunduses on kasutatud heledaid ja helgeid toone ning on loodud mõnusaid istumisnurgakesi, et nautida vaateid või lugeda lemmikraamatut.

Lake Viljandi is just a peaceful walk away. Most restaurants and cafe's are within 10 minute walking distance. Adorable Saunahouse with Patio, near Lake Viljandi

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

Pakun Viljandi nautlejatele kodust majutust. Korter sobib ideaalselt kahele, aga mahutab diivani abil ka rohkem magajaid. Et külastada kesklinna kohvikuid, tuleb vaid Tartu tänava mäest üles minna. Kes mäkke ronida ei soovi, leiab lähedusest veel paremad sportimistingimused - ümber järve kulgevale terviserajale võib suunduda peaaegu et otse voodist! Lisaks on lähedal padeli- ja tenniseväljakud jms.

We spent a week at Piret's beautiful apartment in Viljandi. It was well equipped, beautifully quiet and you were very quickly in the city center. Shopping and restaurants were also within walking distance. The equipment was really great. We would come back anytime:)

My family of four enjoyed the short stay at Lisete’s place. The place was clean, close to the cuty center, had a private parking spot in the yard and it looked cozy. Communication with Lisete was helpful and fast! She got the apartment ready for us just in few hours notice! I recommend!

Spacious apartment next to Town Hall Square

The apartment was in a great location on the edge of a beautiful park and close to all services. It was easy to go for a walk in the old town or shopping. The closest grocery store was a couple blocks away. The apartment was spacious and cozy. Upon request, Mark arranged an air mattress on the floor in the living room and ordered a taxi for us. Communication before the trip went smoothly, and we got all the information we needed quickly. I can highly recommend the apartment. A couple of suggestions for improvement: it's a good idea to have a hair dryer, as well as a spatula to draw the water into the floor drain.

A bit of a cosmopolitan touch!

The apartment is conveniently located in the city center but the front door is securely locked at night. In the morning, you wake up to the smell of pastries because the cafe is delivered on the lower floor, which is open early. Very convenient and quick option for breakfast. The apartment is enough size for two and the bed was very comfortable, with nice fresh linens. We slept well! I loved that there is everything for the tegraphy of coffee, it's not everywhere at all. And everything you need to live. Recommended!
