We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

The holidays were perfect. It is a very nice and large house, in a very good location. There is a small bakery 5 minutes by car. There is a beach 15 minutes drive away. The host is very friendly and the service is great. The pool is big enough and the view is beautiful. There are no direct neighbors, you are on your own. There is a large terrace, in the afternoon the terrace is in the shade.

This place is amazing, the views are just breathtaking. Place is nice and private, no direct neighbours, unless you count the hundreds fireflies :) we had very nice time with family, 10 adults and 5 kids were easily accommodated. Gian was very helpful, recommended nice places to visit and responded to all messages straightaway. We asked if swimming pool can be set up earlier which Gian kindly did. The only regret I have is that we visit the local winery at the end of our stay;) Thank you once again Gian for letting us stay at your place!

Perfect vacation, the accommodation was very clean and equipped with practically everything, impeccable linen and every comfort. But the spectacular part for us was the exterior with a well-kept lawn, a swimming pool for exclusive use with sun loungers, a relaxing patio and a barbecue equipped for all types of grilling. Claudia was always a present and responsive host to all our requests. The house is also in a strategic position to reach many interesting villages to visit. In short, it was a very positive experience for us and we hope to repeat it again. Thanks Claudia and congratulations again

We stayed with my parents and our nine-year-old daughter at Stefania's place and had a great vacation! The house was perfect for us. It is equipped with everything and furnished with a lot of love for detail, we immediately felt comfortable. Most of all, because Stefania is such a warm and helpful host. She welcomed us with a large bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of wine, and she also provided water and some for the kitchen and both bathrooms ( e.g. soap, shower room, etc.). We could reach her at any time and get great tips from her. Her loving and extraordinary manner is also reflected in the house and garden. We were already able to have some meals on the terrace and look at the sea from afar, even extra early for sunrise. The view is beautiful. Within walking distance there are great viewpoints and restaurants, from which you can enjoy the sunset. The location is fantastic!

Daniela and her family have been amazing hosts, very helpful and super responsive. The country house is beautiful and was a perfect exploration base for us. We would happily return if travelling in this area!

Mirella was an incredible host and her house was just amazing. We felt very comfortable and had everything we needed. The large patio area was a perfect place for breakfast and also for sitting just to take in the beautiful scenery. The location is private but not remote. We even walked to dinner at the excellent nearby restaurant (on Mirella's recommendation). The house and the surroundings make you feel like you are in a postcard - a perfect place for vacation.

The location and absolute tranquility of the area make it the master. The house is immersed in a hilly area near Acqualagna, equipped with all comforts and the structure has a gym shared with the guests of the other apartments. Loredana and Lucio are responsive in communication, flexible on check-in time, very kind in sharing information about the area. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay! The place was beautiful and Rachel was a wonderful host. She was super responsive, met all of our needs, and even made us a last-minute, 13 person reservation at a local restaurant (it was a hit). Highly recommend this place.

We had wonderful days in Andrea’s house in Mondaino. Spacious bed- and bathrooms, wonderful terrace for dinners and good pool-area. Minor electricity-issues which Andrea made sure to solve very quickly. Our party of nine people (ages 12-55) all agreed that we would recommend the house to other travelers. We also recommend visiting other nearby villages where there are amazing views and local restaurants. One example is Montegridolfo.

Nice and large accommodation perfect for a relaxing trip in Italy with amazing views, good nearby restaurants and very fun activities in the house. The host is ready for things to happen in their own way and may be perceived as slightly controlling. Recommend!

Dear Lisa & Christian Back in cold Switzerland. We had such a beautiful, inspiring and nourishing week for body and soul in your lovingly designed paradisiacal Casa Pilar 😍 Of course we enjoyed the pool, even at 19 degrees it was an experience to enjoy the 13 meter swimming pool. Stefan was more diligent than me - but I also made it twice 🙏 The house has so much charm and radiates just as much warmth as Lisa & Christian. Thank you for the delicious welcome vegetables 🙏 The house is very well equipped. We didn't miss anything. We will be back again. There is still a lot to discover by gravel bike or on foot. A great stay at Villa Gelsi. Serene countryside and a brilliant space to disconnect and rest. Perfect for families happy near a pool and wanting to get away from it all!

We had a fantastic stay in Pesaro! The house and pool are very pleasant and the hiosts really responsive. They also had great recommandations!

Very nice house, well equipped, big pool, and a friendly host. We enjoyed our time here so much. You can feel the love of the host for the house, it is well furnished and also very nice: alll the rooms have nets against insects. Highly recommended.

We loved staying at Duccio’s beautifully restored farm in the middle of the Marche hills. The house provides stunning views on the hilly landscape in the quiet nature. The location is perfect to discover Urbino and Gubbio, and spend lovely days at the beach by the coast of beautiful Conero. Duccio and Marua are warm, friendly and very helpful hosts, we had a wonderful week in Marche !

We had an incredible stay at the villa. The yard was very spacious with a huge pool and beautiful surroundings which we could enjoy every day. The villa was plenty of room for 4 adults, two small children, and a dog. The kitchen and property was well stocked and Internet worked great (some were teleworking). The AC was wonderful to have during the summer heat. The host was very responsive and helpful, providing some great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. With a car you can easily take day trips to old towns like Assisi, Pergugia, Gubbio. We also enjoyed the frassasi caves. Our only regret was missing the summer festival in Morra by 1 day! A wonderful stay overall that we would recommend!

We were two friendly couples with two dogs and had a wonderful time! The house and the location are perfect for resting and relaxing. The two separate bedrooms incl. There was also enough space for four in the bathroom. We felt very comfortable! Especially the fenced outdoor area and the private pool made the stay perfect for us! The view of the surrounding mountains and the quiet location also invite you to relax. The next largest city Città di Castello (about 25 minutes by car) is also worth a visit. There are also some restaurants and shops. The hosts were very attentive and available at all times and also surprised us once with a delicious cake. We had a great and all-round successful holiday - thank you Tiziano!

Absolutely recommended!!! We have booked the space to relax for a few days for our big wedding. The accommodation was exactly as described and is very comfortable, quiet, and with many amenities. The host is incredibly helpful and friendly, he sent us all kinds of tips for activities nearby, responded very quickly to all our questions and finally came to bring us a nice bottle of wine when he heard that we were getting married later that week. Really very sweet. We would love to come back again!

A wonderful place to relax! The friendly and helpful host made our stay very pleasant. The house is very clean, cozy and tastefully decorated. The pool was a real highlight – crystal clear and with a breathtaking view of the surroundings. The location is quiet and beautiful, but still close to everything you need. A perfect place for a quiet holiday and to enjoy the Italian nature. We will definitely be back!

Maria and Angelo's stay in the house was simply amazing. They welcomed us very well, although we were many hours late due to delayed flight, clutter by rental car and closed Autostrada. The entire property, both inside and out, is of a very high standard. Everything appeared to be extremely clean and well-maintained. We really appreciated having three large bedrooms, two good bathrooms, living room with comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen and two balconies that could be used for breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. We also thoroughly enjoyed the well-maintained pool area and the lush and beautiful garden. In summary - if you want a holiday stay with excellent comfort and with the very best hosts - in an area with almost only Italian tourists - then this house is highly recommended.

We had a wonderful warm stay the the beautiful la Poderina Vila, the villa surrounded by beautiful nature and amazing river just at the backyard and the place itself is super beautiful, comfortable and has everything you need for a long stay ❤️ Fransesco our host was always so kind and warm and willing to help and recommend on nice places to visit and it really felt like he want us to enjoy our stay ! Thank you so much dear Fransesco for a wonderful and amazing vacation!’ We absolutely loved every minute of it ❤️

Gwenda and her parents were very kind and hospitable, it was like being in the family. They gave us the full availability of their garden, Mrs. Manuela prepared several very good dishes for us and even offered us a great homemade cake. Great location, it is an hour from Assisi and Gubbio, it is surrounded by greenery and is suitable for families with children, my son loved the animals of the owners. The pool is beautiful, too bad we couldn't take advantage of it for not beautiful weather. Thank you for everything! :) Thank you Gwenda for sending us the exact location!!!

Our family of 5 had a great time at la Nocciola. We never tired of the fabulous view, and the towns and villages in the area were beautiful to visit. Several good restaurants in close proximity, but we recommend having a car.
