In Savoca, one of “The Most Beautiful Villages in Italy”, 3.6 km from the medieval historic center, 1.2 km from the sea and “Blue Flag” beach of Santa Teresa di Riva, 16 km from Taormina, the “Casale Ragusa” is the result of a careful restoration of an ancient farmhouse from the early 1900s. Among pine and olive trees, the authentic Sicilian character of the typical rural environments of the place and the silence of the surrounding nature are revived in the farmhouse. A stone's throw from the sea

E-house is located a few meters from the free beach ( about 150), which is reached through the comfortable stretch highlighted in the photo. In 2 minutes you will find yourself on a private sandy beach even on the busiest days. No lido present. A few steps away, opposite direction, there are the best restaurants and pizzerias in the city as well as numerous pools open to the public . The large veranda is shared with the other apartment but is divided by a partition that gives privacy if necessary.

The Secret Garden

Situato nel borgo di Forza D'agrò vicinissimo Taormina e l'Etna, offre un grazioso giardino segreto che per queste caratteristiche è unico nel suo genere. Panoramico romantico e, pur trovandosi nel centro storico, appartato e discreto. Quasi tutto l'arredamento è stato realizzato e ristrutturato da me perchè nulla vada sprecato ma debba avere una seconda possibilità di vita! Poichè spesso si verificano disservizi nell'erogazione di acqua potabile, la casa è stata fornita di serbatoio di acqua!

Appartamento a piano terra della nostra casa di residenza, accesso diretto dalla strada statale. È dotato di cucina, climatizzatore, stufa radiante, lavatrice, TV, Wi-Fi, ambiente esterno con tavolo, sedie, barbecue e lavabo. Comodo per tre persone, possibilità di aggiungere il quarto posto letto. A disposizione due biciclette per raggiungere la spiaggia, distante poco più di 500 metri, passeggiare sul lungomare o fare compere nel centro cittadino. Disponibile parcheggio privato semi coperto.

Affascinante villa del 1900, vista mare, vicino Taormina. Essa si trova su una piccola collina. La spiaggia è raggiungibile in solo 10 minuti a piedi. La villa è ideale per ospitare 5 persone. Due camere da letto matrimoniali, ciascuna con bagno privato in camera. Grande terrazzo e giardino con alberi, piante e fiori. Tu avrai: 2 posti macchina dentro il giardino e godrai sia della vicina spiaggia sia della tranquilla collina. La villa è perfetta per vacanza al mare, romantiche o di lavoro.

Un soggiorno con divano a letto matrimoniale e balconcino. Una stanzetta con condizionatore, letto a ponte e al bisogno un ulteriore lettino, anch'esso dotata di balconcino. Un bagno dotato di ogni confort. La Via Caulonia è vicina al centro, al Castello Aragonese e al Duomo . La terrazza di Sweet Apartament infonde relax e divertimento.
