Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Villa San Giovanni

As other have said, Domenico met as at the place and was very kind and helpful with Restaurants, Groceries etc. His place was as shown in the photo's and easily accommodated 2 couples.

Tiziana and her husband were great hosts. After having a late arrival at the station, due to a mix up, Giovani was there to pick us up. When we got to the apartment Tiziana was there to explain everything to us. She had a folder with places to visit and taxi services. We used Davide, he was wonderful.there was milk in the fridge and other nice goodies for us. Tiziana also gave us some olive oil from the olives she picked last year. Tiziana was always available to answer any questions and she answered them very quickly. There is a little grocery shop just around the corner. The apartment is about 10 minutes from the beach and the restaurants, a bit uphill when returning. Because we were staying for 11 nights we were upgraded to the top apartment on the 4th floor, that was great but being in our mid to late 70’s we found it pretty hard going up 4 flights of stairs, especially as it was quite hot. We really enjoyed our stay at Tiziana’s, wonderful hosts, see you both next time.

Emanuele's place was terrific from the start. Communication from Marateresa was clear and she was good enough to meet us at the apartment for our check in and to let us know about the area. The greatest thing about this location is not only the impressive views, but the access to the cable car and Isola Bella beach which is serviced by a private gate to the public steps. The apartment was spacious and had everything we wanted. The only minor thing I'd note is that the shower was on the small side. We managed ok and this didnt detract from our stay. Thanks for an amazing stay! Would definitely come back.

Excellent location that overlooks Corso Umberto. Apartment is spotless and perfectly suited for our family of 4 (including 2 teens). We loved having espresso before leaving each day. A welcome bottle of chilled wine awaited us at check in. We did not cook, but the kitchen is equipped with everything necessary (and a washer/dryer). Beach towels and umbrella were provided. Francesca was responsive and welcoming. Would book again for a return stay!

The photos for this place don’t do it justice! The private beach is so calm, and straight out of a movie. The bed was comfortable compared to most European ones, and had plenty of space for two people. I would only not stay here if you struggle with stairs. You have to go up and down many flights to go in and out of the cove. But if you have no problem, worth it!

Francesco’s place is a amazing location, it had a supermarket next door and was right by the main part of Taormina. It’s a lovely little flat and was perfect for the couple of days we spent there, Francesco and his wife are lovely and very helpful!

This was a wonderful place in which to spend several days exploring beautiful Reggio Calabria and Sicily. Our hostess and host were exceptional - extraordinarily generous and kind. We were showered with thoughtful gifts of eggs, fruit, fresh picked vegetables from their garden and a bottle of their home-made wine (which was excellent). They were patient with our questions and were a fount of local insights and knowledge. Over decades of travel, they rank at the very top of the hosts that we have met. The house was immaculate, modern and very well appointed and lived up to every one of our expectations. It is on the edge of a small village and was serene and peaceful. The house is located outside of Reggio Calabria and close to the ferries to Sicily in Villa San Giovanni. A car is strongly recommended to enable local travel and trips to Sicily (which are very easy to arrange). All in all, an exceptional stay. Thank you!!!!

idyllic mountain village surrounded by friendly Italian people. In winter it can get cold in the house, even if in the morning the sun is shining surrounded by lemon trees. We always had power outages. It was worth the trip. 🍋🌞🍊

We had a lovely stay. The house is very comfortable, and the garden is gorgeous. Our children were able to play in the garden and swimming pool. If you want to sit a little outside the tourist hustle and bustle, and yet have all the amenities at your fingertips, this is ideal. We'd love to come back.

This is a fantastic place to stay. The accommodation is perfect - it had everything I needed and was clean and quiet, and in a great location for exploring. Alberto and Martina were extremely friendly and helpful - they’ve put together a brilliant booklet of tips and recommendations for the local area and gave me great advice for a trip out to the islands. I’d definitely stay here again.

Angelo and Samantha were the loveliest hosts and couldn’t have done anything more for us. The unit is very centrally located and was very well equipped with everything we needed. Angelo even helped us with parking and we highly recommend their unit to stay.

A lovely clean house overlooking a spectacular view of the coast and castle in Scilla. Responsive, friendly host. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic stay – we’d love to come back! We had a truly amazing week in this wonderful home. We were 8 people – 6 adults and 2 teenagers – and there was plenty of space for everyone, especially thanks to the lovely terrace. The terrace and the view were absolutely stunning – the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or relax in the evening. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and there were enough bathrooms for everyone to get ready without any hassle. The location was ideal. A supermarket, pasticceria, shops, and more were just around the corner, and in just 3–4 minutes on foot, you’re right on the main shopping street. Our host, Michele, was very helpful and gave us great tips for local activities – including a beautiful hike up to Castelmola, with the stairs starting right outside the apartment. We also joined a tour to Mount Etna and hiked to three craters – an unforgettable experience we highly recommend!

great stay in taormina. easy access to all the restaurants and tourist spots. parking garage was a short 5 min walk. staircase in the house is a bit narrow.. but adds to the charm of the house.

Must Dos: - Beautiful, very clean, large apartment - 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms - well-equipped kitchen - Large balcony - beautiful decoration, you felt right at home - Air conditioning available - about 1.5 km on foot from the center - Easy, self check-in / check-out - quick response by Domenico, very friendly and accommodating We would always book Domenico's apartment. We felt very comfortable. Only negative point: - no private parking. There are many parking options, but it was difficult to find a parking space at noon and around 6 pm.

Lovely apartment - exactly like the photos. Very clean and tastefully furnished. The outside terrace (furniture and views) were amazing! Would recommend! Car definitely required.

Very good stay over Christmas here. The flat matched the photos perfectly and the on-site staff member is extremely helpful and responsive. Highly recommended, stunning view and well equipped, modern flat in one of the best locations in Taormina.

First off, it was immediately easy to see why Luigi is rated as a superhost. He greeted us with a huge smile, he was extremely in touch without being obtrusive, in the days leading up to our arrival, and he met us quite early (earlier than most hosts would ever consider) to meet us and show us the unit and give us the keys. Also, I messed up and locked both the keys and my cellular in the apartment - and a neighbor totally rescued us by calling Luigi - AND, Luigi showed up in under 10 minutes! I highly recommend this host - no matter what property it is, you can rest assured that you will have a fantastic experience. Luigi ALSO, by the way, provided one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed - it was immaculate upon arrival! Thank you, Luigi! 7 stars out of 5!!!

We had an amazing time at Giovanni‘s apartment was big and beautiful and the pool was amazing. And for an extra fee he picked us up from the airport and dropped us back afterwards. Beautiful clean apartment and large balcony. Great functional kitchen and large bedrooms. Easy walk into town there’s lots of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful apartment, very clean with modern furnishings and everything felt new. The air con was the super quiet, you would never know it was on! Emanuele was the best host we have ever experienced and great with local info and restaurant recommendations as well as being so helpful and accommodating. The apartment was very central with lots of choice of bars and restaurants just a few minutes away - Italinicius has the best pizza we have ever tasted and worth a visit. Also La Cambusa has excellent food in a beautiful setting on the beach. The bus service is good although we walked along to the train station for a few early morning trains to Messina & Syracuse (its about a 25 minute walk from the apartment). We stayed here for 2 weeks and can highly recommend Emanuele's apartment for great amenities and the central location. 100% 5 stars!

Very good stay, apartment that matches the photos and well-equipped. Responsiveness of host by message. Close to Milazzo which is nice for a trip to the Aeolian islands in particular. Recommended!

Great place to stay, modern, well organized and super clean. The climate works perfectly and the apartment is equipped with almost all the comforts. The host was very hospitable and attentive in his communications. Only small criticism: the hot water worked intermittently from time to time. However, I can say that we had a great time and overall it was an excellent stay. Highly recommended.
