Holiday rentals with beach access in Villaggio Sanghen

We spent a few wonderful days in your apartment — and it was an absolute delight! The space is warm, cozy and full of authentic retro charm. It feels like stepping into the 1960s — everything is so well thought-out, beautifully preserved and incredibly comfortable. And the surroundings… simply magical. Gardone Riviera and Lake Garda are breathtaking. The views are so picturesque, you just want to stop, breathe, and take it all in. We completely fell in love with the area and felt so lucky to have chosen this apartment in this exact place. Thank you for your hospitality and for giving us the opportunity to experience such a beautiful stay. We truly hope to come back one day!

Fabrizio was very accommodating and helpful. He collected us from the ferry port and drove us up the hill with all our suitcases. He gave us lots of information and went over and above expectations. The view of Lake Garda was magnificent

From the accommodation, you only have to cross one street and you are right by the lake. A small supermarket is right next door. From the property we were able to walk to everything. Free parking is just a few minutes' walk away. We would come back.

We have just come back from a lovely stay at Tatiana & Alexander’s place. The apartment was as described with a very well stocked kitchen and the view from the veranda is just beautiful! Bottle of Prosecco in the fridge was a lovely touch, thank you! Tatiana is very easy and helpful to communicate with. Torri is a fab place to stay in Lake Garda but because we had some mobility issues this time, the walk into town was a little bit further than we would have liked (that was our issue and nothing to do with the apartment itself). Having said that, it’s a lovely walk alongside the lake & very pretty! Would love to return!

What a fantastic place and what a fantastic host!

Perfect accommodation in the old town of Lazise. City, restaurants, ice cream parlors and harbor within max. 10 min walk. Nevertheless, a quiet and private location in a side street. By arrangement, it is possible to drive directly to the Airbnb. Private parking, 5 min walk. Great apartment with a very great bathroom and perfect amenities. We had a great week here and would recommend the accommodation without reservation. Communication with Luisa was very good, flexible check-in and check-out.

We had the best week staying in this apartment. Stefano and Mara were brilliant hosts making sure it was easy to find and beautifully presented when we arrived as well as being always ready to answer questions and help with suggestions if we needed them. The location is amazing, right in the middle of Desenzano old town, with local bars and restaurants in the square right below. We loved being part of the life happening around us.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! Everything was very clean, tastefully decorated and exactly as described. Particularly noteworthy is the fantastic roof terrace with a breathtaking view of Lake Garda – the perfect place to end the day. Communication with the host was straightforward and friendly. We felt completely comfortable and would recommend the place at any time!

It was a lovely place to stay, so close to the Lake with a choice of 4 different places to eat very close by. The house was perfect for 5 of us, a bathroom for each couple. Very well equipped kitchen, nice modern feel to the house. Rachele always responded to any questions very quickly and did everything to accommodate us. I would definitely recommend this house.

We stayed in 8 people and the spaces were ideal, comfortable, and compliant with the description and photos. Fabian and Emira, they were both very responsive in their communications and promptly helped us with the issues we had. The location of the house is in a very quiet and comfortable residential area to reach both the city of Limone and Saló within halfanhour by car.

This is the best Airbnb we have stayed in and our five star rating doesn’t do it justice. Lorena & Carlo’s place is simply stunning. It’s in a beautiful location, is immaculately clean and well cared for and there is nothing that you might need or want that Lorena hasn’t already thought of and provided for your use in the apartment! Lorena & Carlo are great hosts and go above and beyond to ensure their guests have a wonderful stay. We were welcomed with home made lasagne, home made tiramisu, Prosecco and some aperol spritz already chilling in the fridge. What a fabulous start to our short stay. Our only regret was that we hadn’t booked for longer! There is some noise from the road in front of the property, but the view and the surroundings make it worth it. You can easily walk to the lake beaches to sunbathe or swim. We also caught the bus into Salo (worth visiting) for lunch, then walked back by the lake to the apartment. Happy to recommend Lorena & Carlo’s place 100%

Fantastic stay, location just as it looks online, clean, spacious and comfortable. Groceries nearby, cycling routes and buses. Beautiful view, definitely would recommend this place!

We had a great time at Stefania's house. The location is great, we almost never needed the car, which is perfect with small children. The beach, bakeries, restaurants and ice cream parlors are all within walking distance. The garden is also beautiful and very large with many seating options.

Absolutely fantastic host and the everything anout the apartment was the same

Alessandra is an extremely friendly host, very caring. We felt right at home. The apartment was an oasis of tranquility with two balconies, many good restaurants in the immediate vicinity, and a small beach is within walking distance. Lake Garda is wonderful for swimming. The beach is very rocky with larger stones, but with appropriate bathing shoes for sensitive feet it is totally fine.

We had a wonderful stay in Daniele's clean, spacious apartment. He was a friendly and responsive host throughout. The apartment is in a safe, quiet building just a few steps from the lake. It's an easy 10 minute stroll into the centre of Bardolino. There are wonderful restaurants nearby but the kitchen is so well equipped you can also cook at home. The supermarket is right across the street. We loved relaxing on the balcony after a day of sightseeing. While there is no air con in the bedrooms, the hall unit was powerful enough to cool them. Some Bardolino tips: It's well worth renting a speedboat from Bardolino Rent Boats. We had great meals at Biri, La Virata and D'Annunzio. Head to Swing for great cocktails and live music.

The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The apartment was well-equipped, offered convenient parking options, and was located very close to the beach. Overall, everything met our expectations, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved the apartment! It had everything we needed. A very comfortable bed, with a fan to keep us cool. The basement was cool as it has thick walls. The bathroom is very nicely designed with a lovely shower, bidet etc. Also it’s lovely and brightly tiled. The lounge area is comfortable. But the outside space is stunning! There is a large table for dining under a shady pergola with gorgeous views of the lake. You can swim from the garden. There is a hot shower to wash afterwards. There is a hammock and loungers. We spend hours watching the boats and grebes with their babies. Swallows flew over the lake- it was so peaceful. The garden is full of olive trees and wild flowers. It is paradise! The property is lovely and clean, it is well equipped. Very easy check-in, Luciana met us at the property, although we were a little later than agreed. The property is within walking distance of ferries, cafes, restaurants and super markets. With a lovely view of lake Garda from the balcony.

Wonderful situation. Easy access from bus or ferry. i couple of minutes you go to swim, restsurants or shopping. Anna is very friendly and helpful. Easy to comminicate because their shop is downstairs.

We stayed for 4 nights and it was wonderful! The apartment has everything you need and is spotlessly clean - but the real standout is the terrace! Private and peaceful with gorgeous views. The location feels tucked away and peaceful but the bars, restaurants and the lake shore are all close by. Check in was super easy, clear instructions, easy to find and lots of local recommendations. 100% recommend this little gem!
