The two-room apartment was divided into a large apartment located on the first floor of a complex of terraces in Rio Marina, 1 km from the port of the village. The entrance is independent of the sister apartment. It has a large double bedroom, with the possibility of accommodating up to 3 people by adding an additional bed (upon notice at the time of booking); a bathroom and a living/kitchen area with a living terrace.

The accommodation is located inside an early 1900s villa, in a green and quiet area (Porticciolo) about 2 km from the municipality of Rio Marina. It has a private bathroom, kitchen and two double bedrooms (one of which is a double), for a maximum of four people. As the property is not completely fenced on all sides, for safety reasons we prefer not to accommodate pets.
