Borgo41 is a charming three-room apartment located in Cascina Villamaggiore, an original complex from the year 1100 that has been completely renovated and modernized, just 10/15 minutes from the cities of Pavia and Milan. The apartment overlooks the central courtyard of the village, which offers an equipped children's play area, a basketball court and an outdoor fitness area. The house consists of a sleeping area with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a living area with a living room equipped with a smart TV, a kitchen and 2 private gardens.
