The accommodation occupies the entire ground floor, private entrance. Sheets and towels available and payable on request, wifi, equipped kitchen. Car required for access to the slopes.

Appartement chaleureux de 35 m2 en rez de chaussée d'un ancien moulin à huile de noix réhabilité dans les années 50. La maison se situe dans un petit hameau du village de Séez à 3 kms de la gare TGV de Bourg St Maurice Les Arcs . Sur la route des plus beaux cols d'europe, du Col du Petit Saint Bernard via l'Italie vallée d'Aoste, col de l'Iseran sur la route des Grandes Alpes,lle cormet de Roseland, tour du Mont Blanc et de nombreuses randonnées. The bubble lift is only 200m away and is part of the vast Les Arcs - Paradiski area. Villaroger has some excellent terrain above it and links directly into Les Arcs 2000.

This lovely 2 bedroom apartment in Le Praz, Chamonix, sleeps 5 people in 2 bedrooms. As our guests you can make use of the fantastic wellness centre with it's swimming pool, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna gym and climbing wall, the communal lounge includes pool table, kids area. It's minutes from beautiful woodland walks and cross-country skiing trails & close to the bus stop. Each bedroom has their own shower room. The apartment has underground parking, heated ski locker and fast Wifi.

Studio de 25 m2 centre station. Accès pistes via ascenseur. A partir de l'hiver 2026/2027, vous aurez accès à un casier à skis. Bien équipé pour faire la cuisine. Coin chambre dans le couloir, au niveau de l'entrée : 1 lit double + 1 lit double en hauteur (mezzanine). Nous acceptons les courts séjours et des arrivées/départs n'importe quel jour de la semaine. Nous ne sommes pas sur place et donc chaque locataire doit réaliser avec soin le ménage du studio.
