Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ville d'Anaunia

The four of us spent a nice holiday week in this great newly renovated very stylish house. There are many excursion destinations that can be hiked directly from the house. The hostess was very friendly and easy to reach. She provided us with tips on the location and special opportunities. Thank you - we will be happy to come back.

Beautiful apartment attached to the main house but very private , you have you own little patio area to sit outside that’s not overlooked by anyone . The apartment is immaculate and lots of nice little touches , lots of provisions provided including toilet pater , shower gel , washing up liquid etc. There are 2 restaurants within 5 minutes walk , we only ate at the one up the hill and the food was amazing and reasonably priced . Our 2 dogs loved the freedom of the secluded countryside and the geese that lived there were securely fenced off . You can hear the noise from the adjoining house but if you have quiet neighbours it’s not a problem .

Perfect for 2 people, short walk to Arco and easy cycle/bus to Riva del Garda.

Antonella welcomed us in a very friendly way and showed us around the apartment. She was always available to us and also gave us many helpful tips for excursions, restaurants and shopping in personal conversations. Antonella has furnished the perfectly restored apartment in a stylish, modern and cozy manner. The kitchen and bathroom amenities are very, very good. It lacks nothing and everything is spotlessly clean. Terrace and garden are well-kept and quiet and offer wonderful views of the village and lake. Albisano is a very pleasant place with restaurants that have simple but good cuisine. One is very close to the apartment. A small shop as well. We felt very comfortable with Antonella and would be happy to come back. Antonella is a very likeable host.

The apartment matched the pictures and was a good value for money. The surroundings were wonderful and peaceful. I would stay again. Thank you!

gionny was a friendly and fantastic host. quick to respond to queries. flexible with check in time - we arrived after 8pm. instructions for using the accomodation and checking in/out were very easy to understand.

Beautiful accommodation with great care by the host family, who live in the same house. We have received fresh cakes and eggs several times and felt completely comfortable 🙂 the location is very quiet, but there are many excursion possibilities and the days have passed far too quickly

Warm and cozy house that really meets every need, honestly it will be difficult not to compare with other accommodations in the future; unfortunately we did not meet the host in person, but he was always timely in his communications and available for small tips, we will definitely be back!!

Everything is fine, but there is no place to dry boots or store skis 😉

Beautiful, lovingly furnished, sparkling clean apartment with a fantastic view! Very friendly landlords! Everything you need is there! We really enjoyed the week. Shopping facilities are more towards Val die Non, it takes a long time to get to Bolzano via the Mendelpass. We took great hiking tours and recovered well. Anytime again!!

A perfect place for travelers to ski on the slopes. You can hardly get any closer who was in Marlleva this one knows. Great price, perfect apartment for 3 people, for 4 as well. At 5/6, the living room leaves, but it's still possible. Clean, well-equipped kitchen, living bathroom, clean.

Had a great time staying here. Marco is a very friendly and accommodating host. The apartment is well maintained, clean and cozy. We were greeted with a delicious Apfelstrudel the next day as well. The property is right next to the San Romedio trail.. so a great hike without much planning! Overall I’d highly recommend staying at Marco‘s property.

Everything great, would book the accommodation again and again! A little oil & salt for cooking would have been helpful 🙂 Everything was clean, tidy and tidy.

I stayed in Mariuccia and Walter's accommodation with my dog for a few days. Upon our arrival, Walter greeted us, who was super kind and helpful. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos on the site, and I found it to be clean, well-kept and complete with everything you need (towels, blankets, dishes, hair dryer, etc.). I found the large garage available for the car very convenient, and that the garage was right in front of the entrance door, which allowed me to manage luggage and dog with ease, being alone. The area is quiet and well supplied: there is a very convenient supermarket 3 minutes' walk away, and also various bars and restaurants. The accommodation is about half an hour's drive from Ponte di Legno, which I have reached several times with ease. Everything is perfect, highly recommended!
