Beautiful new villa on 2000 m² of fenced land with swimming pool and panoramic views of the Drôme Provençale. Large living room of 60 m², master suite with shower room, separate toilet and dressing room, two bedrooms, one with two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet, laundry room including washing machine and dryer.
