In this wonderful 23m2 renovated studio located on the second floor you will be settling down in the picturesque seafront village of Villefranche Sur Mer. Ideally located with Monaco Monte Carlo on one side and Nice the other. Isidore's house

Isidore's house, located between Nice (15 km) and Monaco (8 km) is part of our house with a separate entrance that is totally independent. The air-conditioned duplex includes a fully equipped kitchenette on the ground floor. In front of the entrance, a small table allows you to eat in the shade of the wisteria. Upstairs, one bedroom and one bathroom are accessed by a small staircase. A bay window in the bedroom gives access to a terrace with a beautiful sea view of the bay of Eze.

Named for the exotic tropical wallpaper, two bedroom, ground floor Apartment Jardin is on a pedestrian street in the old town section of Villefranche, a few minutes from the beach and close to all other amenities. The apartment is thoughtfully and comfortably appointed. An added bonus is space outside where a table and chairs allow you to enjoy the sun. Access is easy as we are just 50m from a convenient drop off point and less than ten minutes walk from trains or buses.
