My name is Christine and I would like to introduce you to Sabine and John's home in Villefranche-sur-Mer. Both of them works full time in Berlin. They lovingly decorated their apartment to make it homey for them at various times of the year. From the apartment and the extra large terrace, you will enjoy a beautiful bay view with Saint-Jean Cap-Ferrat on the foreground. The entire 2 bedroom and bathrooms apartment was been totally renovated a couple of years ago with all modern amenities.

Great location, exceptional views of Villefranche

Living in Paris, I love coming to this Paradise of Villefranche sur mer. I enjoyed renovating, equipping and decorating this apartment in 2019 to make it as pleasant as possible. Now, my greatest pleasure is to have my coffee when I wake up on the terrace in front of this magnificent view of Cape Ferrat. Its central location close to the old town, the port and all amenities, its elevator and municipal parking at the foot of the building are also a plus.

Fully renovated in 2024, this ground-floor studio is ideally located in Villefranche-sur-Mer. It features a balcony with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean. Just steps from the Citadel, the old town, shops, and restaurants like Le Mayssa and La Mère Germaine. The beach and train station are a 10–15 minute walk away. Less than 30 minutes from Nice Airport and 15 minutes to Monaco by train. No private parking, but several public parking areas nearby.
